Re:Invisalign and 3D Printing

I am on aligner 11/15, so I am almost done with Invisalign. And before anyone thinks they can do this at home, there are two points to consider. Invisalign needs attachments to help move your teeth along. Just this Monday, my dentist had to redo the attachment on #10. Also, if your teeth need a little more room, your dentist will sand your teeth down as well. Attachments are temporary, but sanding your teeth down is permanent!

Pretty neat, but didn't work with my Surface or Windows Phone 8 device. What role does the phone/tablet play? The webcam worked, though.
This isn't the first time Arcade Fire has done some neat stuff with Chrome, either: http://thewildernessdowntown.com/

Re:Why do users click randomly and rapidly when an application hangs?

My 17 month old plays with several numbers and letters apps on my Surface. If the app hangs even slightly, she taps over and over until the app reacts again. I find it interesting that even she does the rapid fire tapping as well.

I know FB scans private messages. You cannot send links with certain domains without getting an error message. Sure, they don't have some dude in a cubical looking at each and every message, but if they are scanning for domains, how hard is it to scan for keywords within those private messages? Mention your new iPhone in a message, and you see ads for iPhone cases. Make a Tony Romo joke and you see ads for an RGIII jersey, etc etc.

Incorrect, you can take drinks on the plane. I call them "Freedom Cokes" and "Freedom Water." As long as you buy them on the other side of the TSA, you can take Cokes on planes. Sure, the Cokes probably came from the same truck as your local gas station, but that doesn't matter.

I played the tuba in HS and college. In college i was in the marching band and basketball band. Twice a year, all the band alums are invited back to play with the band, again. I would love to play more often, but spending $6K for sousaphone is a bit more than what I would be willing to pay
