In my limited usage, it has fixed issues which has not been correctly fixed by sol-6.1 (medium) - https://github.com/auto-gnufied/markdown-modern/commit/a189a...
I am also using it via Google pro tier and did not immediately run into quota issues. But as someone else said in previous discussion of this - Google Pro tier already includes lot of stuff (including Youtube premium etc), the AI plans are just a nice addon.
What makes this great is infinite hack-ability of the interface and agents have become pretty good at writing elisp packages, so basically you can have a workflow exactly how you want.
I wish I had time to make a screencast about this, but If you are a Emacs user and not using Emacs for agentic stuff, you are missing out IMO.
Chess is the first board game you can introduce to your kid that has no element of luck whatsoever. It could be brutal. I have seen 7-9 year olds coming out crying after a game in a tournament. But it also may be requires very good parenting to handle all the emotional distress. Chess also is obviously accessible.
It is an emotional rollercoaster to engage kids in Chess tbh. We are ready to sometimes throw the towel every other week. :-)
Source: just got done cutting some pine trees on a hill behind my house because we got a notice. They will absolutely throw a fit, if we kept chickens
But - lot of people need their employers permission to work in a different country and Employers have specific policies about where an Employee is allowed to work depending on Employee's status in that country.
A completely unprepared Magnus vs a 100% prepared opponent will go to a better prepared opponent (See Magnus interviews if you don't believe this). 4-6 months spending memorizing lines is not easy. It is too much work. Magnus has already proven he is GOAT, he doesn't have to prove anything.
But - this doesn't take away achievement from other players, if Magnus doesn't want to be bothered doing all the prep.I wonder if we will say the same thing in any other sport.
Ma Long for example - did not participated in Paris Olympic singles, does that mean Fan Zedong or Truls moregard achievement was any less? Nobody would say that.
But a problem with cars is, usually ur malfunctioning calculator just harms u, but a malfunctioning car will affect people who don't agree with ur choice of driving non-zero failure rate self driving car.
So it is not a personal choice anymore.
There is a silver lining in smaller houses. They tend to be in denser neighborhoods and hence has some benefits in raising kids. There is no need to setup play dates, they can literally hear each other screaming and come out to play.
In my bigger house neighborhood, I see very few kids just playing casually outside and hence we have to setup play dates. Yes now I have place for table tennis table that I always wanted but I have to call my friends over because bigger house in my case also is bit more further in suburbs.
So big house might be great for parties and hosting guests but i probably traded away closeness to my existing friends for myself and kids both. I just made my median day more boring than before.
You can do that too with k8s with APIs which support more than just one backend.
Modifying IOPS and other volume attributes is something less frequently needed but we just released alpha support for that too, if you must need it.
We have also added support for reporting volume usage in CSI specs, which I know some operators use to automatically resize volumes when certain threshold is reached (I however do not recommend using ephemeral metrics for automating something like this). But point is - you can actually define CRDs that persist volume usage and have it used by an higher level operator.
Another thing is - k8s makes it relatively easy to take snapshots which can be automated too and that should give someone additional peace of mind if something goes haywire.
Obviously I am biased and I know there are some lingering issues that require manual intervention when using stateful workloads (such as when a node crashes), but k8s should be just as good for running stateful workloads IMO.
Another thing is - k8s volumes are nothing but bind mounts from host namespace into container's namespace and hence there should be no performance penalty of using them.
It appears that although for some devices VM works fine but for others the VM refuses to boot (esp e100)
So the answer might be more nuanced than it seems?
Other stores where had more than 3 or 4 human manned lanes, now have just 1 most of the time.
I absolute hate using self-checkout for non-packaged groceries items. Especially if I have lots of stuff. Freaking "unintended item in baggage area".
Not to mention, I feel like Publix etc in particular employed lots of folks with disability. It warmed my heart to talk to them.
I don't know what humanity plans is. Even if we pay folks free money, they still loose on social interactions.
Also a lot of employers who had layoffs aren't sponsoring new Green cards because u know...
It is no fun being on H1B...
In Linux I can run this without any fractional scaling at 100% resolution. To account for small text, I can change font size by 1.1 or something similar via gnome-tweaks and similar font size adjustment for apps that don't honor gnome-tweaks setting.
I know this is not ideal if you are coming from Mac, but this IMO leads to much more smoother experience and no blurry text anywhere. The same setting works if I am plugging into 32inch 4k display.
>It was ultimately special wartime factors that caused this difficult situation to become a disastrous famine. Fearing Japanese invasion, British authorities stockpiled food to feed defending troops, and they exported considerable quantities to British forces in the Middle East. They also confiscated boats, carts, and elephants in Chittagong, where the invasion was expected.
Quoting from the book:
>The "rice denial" policy saw soldiers confiscate and destroy rice deemed surplus; according to one journalist, thousands of tons of rice were thrown into the water in east Bengal.[8] The "boat denial" policy saw 46,000 boats able to carry more than ten passengers confiscated; bicycles, carts and elephants were also taken.[9] One civil servant said the policy "completely broke the economy of the fishing class" in Bengal.
The answer seems an resounding yes - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Churchill%27s_Secret_War#:~:....
Congrats on the Launch. This might be Framework Laptop I finally could use as my daily driver for regular dev. work etc.
1. I had hard time fighting openssl installed by Homebrew and getting Python to use it. On Linux - this is never an issue. In general IMO using homebrew is fairly tedious.
2. Debugging of stuff running on Linux. Sometimes logging is not enough and while remote debugging can be made to work (I mainly use Goland), it is pretty fiddly and does not work reliably.
I am not new to Mac or anything tbh. I used to use Mac about 5 years ago exclusively and then Linux for next 5 years and now using Mac again. IMO for kind of work I do - Linux is just leaps ahead of Mac.
From what hardware POV you are correct, I wish though Apple would adopt Carbon Magnesium chasis that thinkpad uses. For same 16inch size, Thinkpad is noticeably lighter. I can happy lug my P1 Gen5(16 inch) model anywhere, whereas 16inch macbook pro is hefty.
> Sand is also used in a similar process, but only for roasting groundnuts/peanuts, which can be cleaned easily afterward.
I said fried for lack of better word but the way it gets done is - just stir and toss them with hot sand in a wide mouth clay pot. When it is done, just use a sieve to separate sand and the grain.
It is pretty wholesome snack. Cooked wheat, corn, rice, chickpeas. U name it.
