AFAIK these don't have to be CPUs. ASICS are well suited for this purpose. This will be the most cost effective way to run LLMs.
Didn't they dump old Windows 95 kernel in XP and switched to Windows NT kernel in XP?
Any suggestions for copying files from the old CD or DVD?
Slightly off topic, I use KeePassXC on Mac and browser integration almost never works for me. It never picks up the usernames, passwords for me, even if the entry has the url in it.
Interesting, what tools did you use for email hosting?

I’m scared of self hosting a mailbox.

Came across a similar tool replicad. https://replicad.xyz/

Anyone has used it?

Why do we call this company "Meta"? It's the same old "Facebook".

If it had a female usb c connector at the other end, we could daisy chain those or connect other device on the same port (like mcu in the middle).
Great tool, only thing I miss is it doesn't show SAMBA names.

With latest OS update - Apple watch series 7 decreased battery life, Siri started acting weird (sometimes I have to keep pressing crown till I finish the command, sometimes not). It stopped showing battery percentage while charging long back.

Apple is not an environment friendly company.

Imagine people in 1890s or so, hearing about this almost instant transfer of messages, news to any part of the world - would be nothing short of magical modern technology.

Interesting, as someone who has always used iPhones, wouldn't mind getting an Android phone for this.

Is there some app?

While working in C, can’t count number of times I wanted to return an array

Does DNS blocking work with Apps (e.g. YouTube android) using Certificate pinning?
Not much familiar with Elixir OTP, but isn’t the approach OP took similar to Let It Crash philosophy of OTP?
Re:OpenZFS deduplication is good now and you shouldn't use it on Friday November 01, 2024 @09:49PM (#42023435)
Just reporting in some plain text format so I can manually delete the duplicates, or create some script to delete.

I can't have like 10 external HDDs attached at the same time, so the tool needs to dump details (hashes?) somewhere on Mac HDD, and compare against those to find the duplicates.

Off topic, any tool to deduplicate files across different external Hard disks?

Over the years I made multiple copies of my laptop HDD to different external HDDs, ended up with lots of duplicate copies of files.

Re:Does anyone use sound effects in their dev environment? on Thursday September 12, 2024 @02:47PM (#41524172)
I play different wav files when compile fails or succeeds, so I don’t need to switch to terminal from the editor. This in addition to Anybar(1) red/green icons.

Anyone has used hey.com?

Re:How to prolong lithium based batteries on Friday June 21, 2024 @01:37PM (#40751854)
1. It’s ok to keep laptop plugged in, even at 100% battery

2. Keep temperature as low as possible, maintain airflow

3. Avoid fast chargers

The only thing missing from raycast clipboard is ability to paste previous 'copy's with a keyboard shortcut.
I use OTP Auth both iOS and Mac apps available. Pro upgrade is dirt cheap.
Righto, looks like impossible to fix then.
This reminded me of a quine by a member of the Ruby core team - Yusuke Endoh.

I did create a self signed root cert, it works as expected when accessing net from my Mac. But mobile devices refuse to work, zero network requests succeed. I did trust the root cert on both mac and mobile. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
