In every state I have lived in, the first factor of that "property tax formula" is always "Assessed Value" of said property, and then the formula continues from there based on a slew of criteria (property type, exemptions, etc.).
So you are correct that "Property taxes do not have to go up because the assessment goes up." but it is misleading since property tax is generally going to go increase if assessment increases and all other factors are held equal.
Static stretching (pre-exercise) before exercise has been known to be either negligibly beneficial or detrimental in many cases for years.
Active stretching (pre-exercise) like doing some unweighted squats, leg circles, etc. (or what most humans would call "warming up") has been shown to be beneficial in injury prevention.
Post-exercising stretching is linked to benefits such as injury prevention, increased range of motion, etc.
However, I don't think your second point really stands up when considering 'kinds' and classification of things.
jillesvangurp's response was that "micro-whatevers" are a profitized subset of the original definitions (e.g., they are saying a 'microfarm' is a profit-driven subset of 'home vegetable gardens'. You then say that people can and do make money from their gardens, thus arguing that microfarms are not a thing?
The existence of profitable home vegetable gardens does not mean that they are not microfarm's in jillesvangurp's definition.
