I would have expected like 10% human cost and 90% ai for any company that understands how to use it. And with their level of access, insight, and internal pricing, I would have expected the ratio to be more like 2:100.
Actually I don't believe their statement is true, they must use it much much more.
This sensor is also what I use in my rpi based monitoring system and it indeed shows a very distinct spike when vaping.
I've seen the term ground drones quite a lot
Because it's their chatbot
I could see a safety feature where it launches itself into the air to avoid an imminent crash (providing the area above is free)
Anyone know how to get ahold of a device in Europe?
I read about it some 20 years ago in an (auto?) biography about Linus, saunas, that thing where he had to reverse engineer posix specs. And minix was either evil or an academic purist
Edit: there was so much drama now I remember
I'm approaching $1M all-time, It's crazy.
Since February
When the M1 chips came along you could freeze a Mac to the point of restart (kernel panic?) by having a page with 2,000 mp4 videos playing at once
Ask AI to choose it for you ;)
One of my recurring cron-like LLM jobs is to scout the state of affairs and test new models, and swap them in if deemed useful
So basically nobody cared enough and now it got cheap to solve
I just know it. And I also think it speeds up certain thinking not having to go through the cycle of visualizing and assessing the visualization. But definitely impairs other things like thinking about geometric relationships.
The task is very simple: Thousands of super fast fairly good contractors show up at your company's front door. You can't really trust them with data, they do occasionally make mistakes, they have to learn everything about your organization and product from scratch, and btw they leave in 10 minutes again.
If you can design your organization to handle this, you gain superpowers. And of course this is a management problem rather than coding exercise.
Use your existing desired style as exemplars
AI is definitely the loop. Humans are at the top (for now) making overall decisions and at the bottom (trivialities that the AI doesn't have access to or requires physical access). Everything in the middle is a black ever-growing and expanding blob / orb.
Some people reluctantly position themselves solely at the bottom or at the top.
So slowness was is the reason for both old games and LLMs to use the streaming text method. Makes sense!
Haha, spot on, but I'm still wondering how specifically "earns it keep" became such a thing. I think it's a Claude specific phenomenon for me.
It's all about what transports well and what doesn't.
Wtf what a bad website; first it coerces me to accept cookies (or pay!) if I wish to continue reading. After this, it let me scroll a little bit before presenting its next move: create account if you want to continue reading.
Why wasn't that just part of the original modal? I wonder what would be the third modal, does it want all my children too?
I am now notoriously fast at speedrunning the various airlines and ticketing sites.
Wonder if that could be a YouTube Channel
Supply md5 hash of first name + last name + seed when buying, computed manually by yourself.
Upon arrival at the venue you show photo id and a sheet of DIN A4 paper containing the hash and seed, and the Ticket Man will verify.
Side joke: One of the German ticket sites, maybe eventim, stated on the PDF that it must be printed on DIN A4 paper.
We had maximum word counts
I see it the other way, I can do whatever creative and fun stuff I like, and the agent does the boring debugging or finishing up my loose ends.
Which countries are you already blocking?
I also found it super gross but after a few weeks of tough endurance, the chemical taste subsided and disappeared. It comes back after a week or so without Diet Coke.
But yeah I could hardly swallow it in the beginning.
For me it was a persistence thing. Keep drinking and you don't really notice it any more. If anything sugared drinks now feel overly sticky or caramel-like to me. I can no longer enjoy non-diet coke.
Soldier on!
I'm already having lots of success letting the agent loose on the arduino or rpi and figuring out all the annoying i2c bits and having me try different pinout and wiring combos until it works. Even with a human in the loop agents are useful right now for electronics. On one occasion I did give it a camera feed so it could check for itself if the LEDs were doing as expected.
I remember my friend Peter, in 1999, on campus networking with 100 Mbit internet saying: I think this will be enough for many years to come. And he was kinda right โ 100 Mbit is still "almost good enough" 27 years later for internet access.
