Having worked with both, it seems like a control thing to me. Either you're cool with Fable spitting out tons of code you'll never read, or you're cool with Luna doing targeted work while you manage the main work thread.
(I'm in the second boat so long as I'm responsible for the code I PR)
I loved my ergodox, but it made my laptop keyboard difficult to use due to remapped backspace along with the columnar vs stepped layouts.
Hoping and praying for columnar laptops one of these days

It's going to flop because everyone is already able to talk to Google Assistant to manage things, and outside of very specific circumstances (e.g. driving) everyone is still tapping screens instead

I think that's reasonable. My only gripe is that making small sets of changes is often faster to do by hand than waiting on llm reasoning, so I've found it amounts to very little speedup.

I really feel this. I find myself reaching for CC, typing half a prompt, and then realizing I could've done the task faster myself. But CC is exciting, and feels* fast, so I keep reaching for it. Somehow it feels worse to just do the work.

I'd be very interested in any recommendations in that vein. I've been really enjoying the themes of embodiment in the new Marathon, where your body is disposable, woven silk with unfamiliar organs, while your consciousness is totally owned by a corporation.

Waking up every morning to relay my dream of Will Smith eating spaghetti once again.
For real though, who exactly is this for? People who want to see an AI's take on the real dream they just had?

100%. If I buy something, it's mine. I should be able to resell it, modify it, or generally work on it however I see fit. Licensed digital media bound to platforms is different (barring some kind of NFT solution?) but an OS that my phone cannot function without (and that cannot be replaced in many cases) absolutely must be under my jurisdiction.

Identical behavior, sure, but much less overhead and fewer restrictions on e.g. resolution than you'd get on a general purpose emulator
