Very cool resource! I was wondering why clef-omni isn't part of the picture tests?
EVs are way more reliable than ICE so the fact that Tesla only got 9th is actually sad.

Sure, happy to provide you with an example of how to hold it (turns out Steve was right) =D

https://github.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent is 99% (just a guess) LLM generated. 1140 closed pull requests this week. 1.5k closed issues. The github insights page for commits doesn't load for me presumably because it can't handle this scale of commits. But I estimate ~1K commits per day on average.

There's a blog entry https://nousresearch.com/refactoring-hermes-with-1393-agents that details some work that was done by LLMs to refactor and improve the code.

I guess they know how to hold it?

Have you considered that maybe this is a reflection of your skills rather than that of the LLM?

Would love to use Mosh but https://github.com/mobile-shell/mosh/issues/120

I acknowledge SSH auth requests with my security key backed ed25519-sk ssh key. Something that wasn't even on the radar back when they closed this ticket. (Just like their "solution" guardian-agent is no longer on the radar.)

Check out attended sysupgrade
Much higher FPS and resolution than what FLIR even offers consumers.
You are correct. I have the same camera as OP (v1?) but the usbc version does not work with iOS. Can’t understand why. It’s very infuriating.
Mexico is the #1 trading partner with the US (even beating China) can Brazil really be compared?

As a Linux systems engineer I’ve looked behind the curtain at HAOS and was very impressed by how well things are implemented. Been running it for years in KVM and have never had an issue.

Re:Ask HN: Any tools to do generic WiFi imaging? on Wednesday July 17, 2024 @03:55PM (#40989707)
I saved money by not buying a badly insulated house. There were some walls that shocked me in how little they were insulated. Also found a roof leak in another house
Re:Ask HN: Any tools to do generic WiFi imaging? on Tuesday July 16, 2024 @07:49AM (#40975649)
Used my Infriray while house hunting. Possibly saved me big time €. Great also for spotting leaks any water in/on surfaces shows up quite clearly. In the same vein I use it to spot pet accidents.

The infriray is the Chinese knockoff brand which is actually better than flir because they don’t have to follow the US weapons law. So with it I get 30(?) fps instead of the ~5 with flir. Resolution is better too. It’s very sensitive and can clearly show a hand print on a surface for a minute or so even if you only touch it for 1/2 a second.

How do you generally know when the long test is over? Is there a way to get a notification of completion? Is it ok to begin using the drives while testing? I personally run my new drives through a few rounds of badblocks
Re:Toyota got mocked for rejecting EV hype – not anymore on Sunday February 11, 2024 @05:31AM (#39334035)
Who said anything about houses? An apartment dweller can have a power outlet installed at their parking spot. For people that have to endure street parking lantern charging is becoming more and more prevalent. Back when I didn’t have a private charging I would charge while doing my grocery shopping. Of course there’s always work charging.

Back in the day luddites also pointed out the lack of gasoline infrastructure. A horse is much less annoying obviously.

Re:Toyota got mocked for rejecting EV hype – not anymore on Saturday February 10, 2024 @03:22AM (#39324533)
Starting with a full tank each morning is the opposite of annoying to use. Having to go out of my way to a gas station to pay more per mile is the annoying thing.
NextDNS also, just set it up :)

Hi, I have the ZMI QB826G and I'm 99% sure it blips the power when starting passthrough. Do really like the thing though (except for the display that remains on while in use and is fairly bright)

I have another solution for you: I've been using https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005005036674891.html for my router and it's been pretty good so far for the six months or so I've had it. I was made aware of it from an electronics Youtuber I trust who did a teardown and was impressed with the quality and safety. Sorry I can't find the video at the moment.

Not yet. Not surprising though considering the insanely high density of people...

Before FOSDEM I did some walking around Brussels and came across the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) campus which I'm not sure is connected to ULB but it seemed to be in even worse shape. I loved it because the campus felt a bit like a dystopian cyberpunk world. That being said I'm currently attending Cfgmgmtcamp in Ghent at the HoGent university campus and It's in a beautiful well maintained building. Maybe it's also slowly decaying :)
Re:Nokia’s Burning Platform Memo (2011) on Saturday September 03, 2022 @07:55AM (#32700958)
The N900 did NOT run Meego. I agree with OP 100% that the N9 was an amazing phone. Honestly it was brilliant. Super smooth and well thought out. Polished too. With an android emulation layer on top it could have been a success. Alas Nokia got Elop’d.

Not for rootless containers unless there’s a development I’m unaware of.
Wouldn’t `setenforce 0` be essentially “disabling” SELinux without a reboot?
