Don Jr made bets on these same sites, as did so many WH personnel.
Isn't that mantle taken up by Google?
I mean, we used to have a world like that once upon a time...
Software industry, because the construction industry still requires a human to sign off and approve the computer-aided design.
There are companies which are involved with building and marketing their own software for the construction industry, but they are also actively involved in the construction process in a consultative capacity. Only then could they even be classified as construction industry companies.
Everything is too expensive for European bureaucrats. Funny how the Europeans used to call the fledgling US in the 1700s a nation of shopkeepers, when right now, they are an entire continent's worth of lawyers and accountants (except for France and the UK, obv).
The only draw of Airbnbs was the idea of either really dirt cheap temp accommodation, or exotic stays at fancy locations. Airbnb exited the former market, and incumbent hotels have entered and do a much better job in the latter market.
Is it falling really? Would love to see some evidence.
I wonder how much of that is because of the impact of methane farts alone.
Maybe we ought to try out what the Australians did and collect cow farts in bags.

And then there's Brazil cutting down the Amazon forest to make beef cattle ranches. Have these been taken into account?
I would never take the opinion of someone who says that Tesla's infotainment is best seriously. They're the pioneers of putting every essential car function on that damn screen, which is not only inconvenient but also a driving risk.
Perhaps he was trying to get line of sight into the desert by building the line...
Fun fact, MBS is a big fan of Age of Empires 2 and plays it in the mornings. Also funny story, I once saw a match being played, around US night time, where one player built a line of houses into the enemy territory so that the opponent was forced to micro their soldiers manually. Think of that what you may.
Not going to happen because building for the suckers in government pays. Or rather overpays.
To be fair, they dug their own grave. Schmoozing to the party in power for the last decade practically destroyed all of their credibility in the eyes of the youth. Not to mention, the BBC was the champion of empty virtue signalling in its programming, which gave enough fodder to neo-right online media outlets to render it irrelevant in the eyes of the right-wing population. Perhaps the only ones who'll clutch their BBC pearls are the Telegraph readers still dreaming of the good old days of yore.
It's normal to sell debt. It's not normal to underwrite bad debt.
My point was that even if you drive costs to 1000x, you're not somehow magically going to reduce consumption. Human output will match those efficiency gains in other forms. Imagine things like synthetic diamond jewelry being the norm, thermal pyrolysis of methane and CO2 into plain carbon, mining deeper underground for precious minerals, etc. A person in the 1890s could not have envisioned the things that would happen just 30 years later, enabled by cheap electricity.
Driving energy costs to near zero drives down the cost for literally every other process, manufacturing or extractive or services. A 1000x increase in energy practically lets you extract so much material for cheaper that the cost of materials, and the associated logistics, goes down.
Well given that cheap energy follows Jevon's paradox, it makes complete sense. If each unit of energy becomes cheaper to produce (which renewables are driving today), then you should see more consumption of that cheap energy into economic activity. Economic progress is easily coupled with increased energy use.
The US has a lot of wiggle room wrt energy consumption because it has ceded the role of being the world's factory to China. At the same time, the US is the world's data center and software development hub, and the world's finance hub, and the world's bank. What does the UK have in comparison?
What does Iran have to gain from provoking the Europeans?
Hope you're lounging on somebody else's bed too, while you're doing that. :D
The Backrooms and Obsession also aren't your typical Hollywood productions. Heck, they got all the Hollywood producers browning their pants instead.
Out of those 3, one is a covert ally of Israel and the other is an overt ally. David and Larry Ellison are avowed Zionists.
The brother of Michael IV the Paphlagonian, Stephen, was originally a caulker before he was made admiral of the fleet. His son succeeded Michael IV as Michael V (and as lover of the former's wife). Michael IV himself was a moneylender and counterfeiter, and he came into prominence in the court by virtue of his brother John, who was a courtier in charge of the women's quarters of the royal palace.
It's mentioned in other articles that the spy chief in the above article was being handled by Israel.
First of all, thanks Ivan! Happy user of Photopea.
Second, the trademark will help you against the masqueraders, those copying your tool and the Photopea brandmark. That will help with customers complaining about some other modified product. It will not help in case you find someone copying your codebase and putting it out in the open under a different name. For that, you'll need a copyright.
Doing both of these might be expensive but gives you complete legal standing. Companies will have no choice but to take down the copies.
I meant the EU. Obviously including MI5 is kinda cheating.
The French are too myopic around the Middle East and Africa. They don't have any visibility into, say, Russia, even though Russia is asymmetrically embedded into them. That's an example of the problem they, and most others, face - they can't adapt rapidly to changing trends in the global scene.
I still remember the disaster that is January 2022. The US was continually stating that the Russians were planning an invasion, based on CIA intelligence, yet in the lead-up to the war, literally every EU country was calling the US a warmonger. And now with the US becoming increasingly hostile to the EU, the EU countries have been completely blindsided by that too.
And let's not forget, no Western nation has any reasonable intelligence presence in Israel, the culprit here, except for maybe the US and UK. Israel enjoys a disproportionate amount of intelligence asymmetry vs them.
If you're including all other targets, still nowhere near 25 million. 11-17 million.
Their own chip design and vertical integration into the final enterprise AI hardware product. They're another NVidia, albeit early stage.
