Re:Hopping too many startups in a row?

Here's the thing: you don't really get to see the consequences of your decisions until 3yr after you've made them.
While it's perfectly understandable why you've responded to the changing environment of startups, the lack of holding a position for long enough is a career-limiting move.
It sucks, but the world isn't fair.
Re:Ask HN: How to balance a full time job, family and founding a startup?

Don't.
You should choose your priorities.
Founding a startup is more than a full-time job. Your current job is a full-time job. I don't have experience with kids, but I heard they're quite some work.
In short: choose two out of three, and even then, expect to make some serious sacrifices.

Wow, that's a lot of RAM for a SBC.
To give a rough idea, that 8GB chip is the same kind that's used in the 256GB DDR4 modules (2x8 chips per side, 2 sides).

Once you work at the electronic components level, RAM (and EEPROMs, etc.) is often specified in bits instead of bytes.
The custom of using bytes only applies when specifying higher-level computer components.
