I’m currently running /compact “explain the core next step” whenever over 20% context.

Also doing /clear with a md file handover if I think the next input is diverse enough from the previous work.

You get a lot more out of it.

Not sure if this is best practice though.

I think it's whatever you want it to be. Country, religion, politic, 9-5 work ethic, capitalism, family, etc etc

Just a fun joke on the societal norms around you.

> No, because there is only so much you can do with energy. You need materials, ores, deposits, etc to actually build something new.

If you had the power of a star you could create all of that from base elements via eatting the star, and you'd barely make a dint in it's mass.

Literally never seen a form with this question on it.

Learning about the great filter can cause depression, reader beware.
Strongly disagree. Speed and Ketamine in combination is probably the greatest time you'll ever have.
Yeah nar, false dichotomy imo
Probably a factor, I also think it's partly because the forums I use at the moment used to be programming centric, but have since broadened their appeal. Hn to Tech business, reddit to literally everything. Lobste.rs has been a fantastic alternative for decent discussion
This has been my view for a while too. Most internet forums I use are a shadow of their former selves.

When I first started browsing hn I was blown away with how smart and insightful the posts were. Ideas I had never thought of and quite a few I struggled to even comprehend.

It's very rare to see that now days.

There are numbers upside down in the lower left, minus all numbers by 5, replace with alphabet, spells SEVENDANGER
Couldn't we fuck up the tides if we mine the moon?

I realise it's like 4*Australia^3 in volume and mostly iron, but seems like small changes could have huge impacts.

I think if you're worried about woman calling you out for being a dick, you're probably worried because you're a dick to women.

People aren't malicious in my experience unless you give them cause to be.

Such an irrational fear, like worrying about getting hit by lightning on the way to the shops.

Also goodluck convincing anyone that I sexually assaulted someone. People wouldn't be able to take you seriously after a claim like that.

Not all of us are clumsy with our expensive and fragile possessions.

Having a quick look at the data shows the inner moons travel in prograde, while the outer ones travel in retrograde.

So although there may still be collisions in the future, unfortunately it looks like most of the collisions happened long long ago.

The general trend that is visible is that Islamic states tend to prefer green, Communist or former Communist countries prefer red, European nations prefer burgundy and the rest have mostly gone with shades of blue.

Some sites let you bet on Basketball and Soccer using the in game items. VPgame is an example.

Their pools aren't nearly as big as the DotA and CS pools though.
