AI truck drivers won’t even replace the trucker in the cab of a Coca-Cola truck, let alone a wide load.
Currently no good use for it other than as a Biochar. Come up with a solution and save billions for the tourism industry.
These foundational models are just getting curious now that they are entering puberty.

Are they still in competition? Or are they a government sanctioned monopoly? I’m not sure that will be competitive. There are no market forces to do so but pride.
Re:Gold is now the top U.S. export on Saturday October 17, 2026 @05:19PM (#50135243)
With the proper facilities, isn’t it already economical to transmute mercury to gold via neutron bombardment?

Is plagiarism actually illegal? This is primarily an ethical, academic or professional violation.
Re:Updated Google Maps shows destruction of the city of Rafah on Tuesday September 29, 2026 @09:43AM (#49893131)
Maybe they should be treated like the festival goers?
Re:Updated Google Maps shows destruction of the city of Rafah on Tuesday September 29, 2026 @09:37AM (#49893050)
Then maybe the civilians should kill their Hamas neighbors, instead of cheering them in the streets and supporting the actions of Oct 7th…
Re:Updated Google Maps shows destruction of the city of Rafah on Tuesday September 29, 2026 @09:35AM (#49893012)
I’m not sure your point? They are not civilians when they are covering up tunnels in their homes for Hamas to use.
Re:Updated Google Maps shows destruction of the city of Rafah on Tuesday September 29, 2026 @09:32AM (#49892982)
The words you are looking for are combatants. How does bulldozing a combatants home have any affect on a tunnel? Because it destroys the entrance to the tunnel. There are no innocents in Gaza.
Re:The Great Crime Decline Is Happening All Across the Country on Sunday September 27, 2026 @09:12PM (#49872428)
Failure to prosecute crime leads to crime stat drops.
250 years ago some people made some bad posts about throwing some tea into the harbor. Calling for revolution isn't a bad post.
Fridge owners should start taking them to small claims court. This seems like a financial liability that these appliance manufactures may not have anticipated. Would be a shame if it became a trend for hackers to brick smart appliances in mass?
Re:More than 100k people in Japan are now aged 100 or older on Thursday September 17, 2026 @09:20PM (#49749067)
Isn’t this often attributed to social security fraud? The family member dies, but the checks keep getting cashed.

Who even wants this?
Take a deep breath.
You think the vast majority of people do not experience side effects from anti-depressants? Wild.
Re:U.S. State Department Pauses Immigrant Visa Applications on Wednesday August 26, 2026 @03:47PM (#49454781)
Inhumane maybe, but our government should owe its first allegiance to our citizens wellbeing, not imported workers.
Uhh the 5090 alone is double the cost of their quoted PC prices.

I still can't enter a corvid thread without looking for some Unidan copypasta.
Re:SpaceX launches Starship v3 rocket on Saturday May 23, 2026 @11:18PM (#48254013)
I really hope to see the evaporative cooling make a comeback but it seems unnecessary when it’s returning to earth right now.

It would also be interesting to see them do shallower dips into the atmosphere then pull back out and repeat. Like a skipping stone. Lots of expansion contraction, but might work better without tiles.

Re:SpaceX launches Starship v3 rocket on Saturday May 23, 2026 @11:14PM (#48253993)
It looks like the ships software did a phenomenal job compensating by adding that much longer Second stage burn time. It was also very cool to see the sea levels vector to compensate for the thrust asymmetry. All and all that ship is look really realllllly good. Seems like they just need to add some mass to Raptor to reduce the tendency to tear itself apart..
Re:SpaceX launches Starship v3 rocket on Saturday May 23, 2026 @11:10PM (#48253974)
It was also noticeably wayyy faster off the launch mount. These V3 raptors are pretty fierce. It took off so fast it seems destined to be stretched imminently.
Just visited two nights ago and was pleasantly surprised to see domains active with fresh magnets. The people are returning to nature.
They have also been having audio issues...that are very very VERYY reminiscent of Microsoft audio driver issues I run into all the time while gaming...
I would be very against individual investors not being allowed to buy property for investment. I think most people can agree that corporations like blackstone/rock shouldn't be manipulating markets. It would be very bad to force blackrock to liquidate its current holdings of 230k homes. It could crater the entire industry and it runs into ex-post-facto issues. Assets need to maintain value or banks will fail.
Re:Venezuela's capital hit by explosions, smoke seen on Saturday January 03, 2026 @09:14PM (#46484109)
Are asylum cases from Venezuela legitimate or not? One cannot support asylum claims while simultaneously believing Maduro didn't deserve to be arrested.
Re:Venezuela's capital hit by explosions, smoke seen on Saturday January 03, 2026 @08:51PM (#46483970)
Yes, see Hong Kong. They even released a virus to do it.

China gets Taiwan without any US intervention as soon as our chip foundries have been built state side. Xi is patient.
Re:Venezuela's capital hit by explosions, smoke seen on Saturday January 03, 2026 @08:25PM (#46483794)
Might makes right.
