Taxes used to offset the costs of undesirable activity are the most effective and efficient taxes, but you want less of that?
If you offered an app, do you think new customers would choose the app over a browser interface?
Do you think most existing users would switch?
Do you think there are many people who don't use your service because there's no app?
If you intend to have a broad userbase, you must prioritize mobile apps. The general public prefers them. I don't like it, but that's the current landscape.
Local LLM people aren't getting banned on those platforms unless they're being hostile to other users. Even then, it's unlikely.
People saying that "The MechaHitler App" is a cesspool are the out of touch ones?
The vast majority of users rely on the algorithm that suppressed posts that Musk doesn't like and promotes insane white supremacist propaganda.
You say that you can avoid that, and I agree. You can use other apps. There are other ways to get the information you're interested in, there are other ways to disseminate information. You don't need to participate in that insanity while pretending not to.
How is that not a better position than the current situation?
I read the full article and have the same reaction. He's worried that civil rights will be in a better position and that we'll have to continue to defend them from that better position.
He traded Italian organized crime for Russian organized crime.
Huh? What person fixated on lab leak claims would have changed their voting behavior?
"current trend in journalism is to be as factual as possible, without adding in one's own biases"
The facts chosen to include in a report are chosen with bias. There's no neutral subset of facts about any event.

Dane County, Wisconsin Sheriff's Office took steps to prevent unauthorized surveillance.
"With the contract set to expire on May 31st, the Sheriff’s Office informed Flock Safety that all 26 cameras must be removed by that date. When removal did not occur, the Sheriff’s Office took steps to ensure the cameras were not in use and placed covers over them."

I've been watching satellites at all hours of the night for decades. You might want to double check with reality on that sunrise/sunset claim.
I'm not confident after all government investigations and lawsuits against Elon and his companies were dropped when Elon illegally accessed government systems, illegally took government data, illegally terminated government employees, and illegally eliminated government departments and programs while creating billions in expenses while pretending his intention was to help anyone but himself.
But sure, the FCC might take it seriously.
That's such low effort nonsense.
I think you articulated the administration's intentions well.
Xenophobia driven policies are intentionally cruel.

There are many solutions.
Would this show bias of Gallup or of Verge or of the Ai training data? How would you determine which?
Why is velocity the overriding goal?
But the company in the article isn't filling the gap. Farm owners want the technology. They don't want to be held hostage over the technology when it needs maintenance, repair, or adaptation after the initial sale.
How are you in any way qualified to know that what you said is correct, besides that being a wild guess?
That's a lot of words to cover for being intentionally obtuse.
The ICE agent was 100% in the wrong, completely, totally unjustified in murdering Renee Good.
Nothing you wrote changes that.
Quibi doesn't seem like a good example. It wasn't marketed as the next big thing. It was a trial balloon that popped.
You voted against free speech. The sooner you can admit to that the better.
Trump has been very clearly against free speech well before 2015. He's been anti-American and anti-constituion well before he came down that escalator.
It doesn't make me feel better that you're still pretending otherwise.
Our current President disagrees and has pardoned political violence. Take it up with him.
Those contracts are direct subsidies. They would not exist in the private market. Government spending subsidizes whatever it spends on.
Who is this a problem for?
