If you think this is the only good thing the FCC has done, you're probably getting your news from the front page of Reddit.

Thank the Lord you can't be jury and victim at the same time.

Red Hat controls both gnome and systemd. They made systemd a hard dependency for gnome. That's the only reason systemd "won".

Obviously you've never had an account on Twitter

Twitter would not have banned the author for that tweet 9 years ago.

Getting banned for calling someone (a high rank politician!!!) a whore is the state of the internet in 2019.

Thing is, he's suggesting Mastodon as an alternative... there you would not only get banned for calling a woman a whore, you'd probably get doxxed and then swatted too.

I'm sure those people don't have a problem with Twitter or Facebook banning conservatives.
I can't get malware that records my calls without my consent.
What problems are you having debugging?
Little by little Google seems to be adopting all the policies for Android that made the iPhone simply a higher quality experience.

(Enforcing using Google services to deliver notifications, aggressively killing background apps, limiting access to external storage, making it impossible to record calls, now this... and many other things I can't remember)

On one hand I'm happy because iPhones are too expensive and having more options is good, but on the other, this is still Google :P

I didn't like Gin because they don't let you use whatever routes you want. Something like /:category/:product and /user/:name (notice no ":") is not admissible because ":category" in the first route clashes with "user" in the second route (wtf?)
