This sounds like the musl allocator. Using mimalloc or jemalloc would probably fair a lot better.

Not an LLM but maybe a francophone or a logophile.

A base 10 with symbols only for 1 through 10, where zero is represented with an empty set is a Bijective Base 10 numeration. The columns in excel are bijective base 26.

Citation for this? The opposite seems to be the case based on reporting from Propublica among others:

Pretty much everyone I know is being priced out of market in the tampa bay area. Rent under $1k/mo means looking on the extreme periphery and suffering a long commute.

If your OS doesn’t already detect the captive portal, Firefox will.

I'm from Florida -- and have deep roots going back more than 100 years.

Florida is significantly less developed than it has any right to be, on a range of measures.

It is reasonable to assume that safety is the primary concern for school buses. There are are a lot of safety standards.

"Pursuant to these requirements, federal safety regulations applicable to bus manufacturers have been developed. There are a total of 37 federal motor vehicle safety standards that apply to school buses. Many of these also apply to other types of motor vehicles, but several (among them standards 131, 220, 221, and 222) are written specifically for school buses."[1]

As for seatbelts,

"Large school buses are heavier and distribute crash forces differently than passenger cars and light trucks do. Because of these differences, bus passengers experience much less crash force than those in passenger cars, light trucks and vans."[2]

It seems that even weight[3] is a safety consideration.

Firefox for android runs nicely using the new android layer on chromebooks.
This is true in Dutch to a larger degree than English. It seems several English people learning Dutch on duolingo are confused that there is a verb that means "bike". https://www.duolingo.com/comment/3786991 for instance.
On a laptop. Otherwise I wouldn't know the uid. All users (including services) are allowed outgoing port 53/udp, except my son's user.
I run dnsmasq locally (and silently redirect all traffic from a certain uid with an iptables rule) to do adblocking and ... minimal parental control on my son's laptop. it is pretty great, I don't have to worry about him using the neighbor's wifi to get around my rules. ;)
Re:How Tracking Protection Works in Firefox on Sunday November 15, 2015 @08:01PM (#10572032)
It breaks in the case someone has multiple email addresses associated with their github account. That bug was fixed and will be out soon. :-)
Re:How Tracking Protection Works in Firefox on Sunday November 15, 2015 @07:59PM (#10572023)
Really sorry about that -- there was a snag in the case when someone has multiple github emails and no bugzilla account. It was fixed by https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1223590 and that should be going live this week (last weak was a rarity, no code push).

Seems to be pretty common for restaurant chains to have QR codes.

Anyone that tracks their calories with a calorie tracking app? It's really convenient.
