No, I don't
Do you really believe that?
>Censorship is when you don't leave an information manipulation and mind control tool in the hands of a hostile foreign power. Sure.

That sarcastic comment justifies all Putin's laws about "foreign agents", "undesirable organizations", "extremist organizations" and such.

They can imagine themselves growing old which is pretty smart for young people
>London was assigned to a constituency in the Tomsk Oblast, a region in Siberia

Why should an emigrant in London affect the life of a city in Siberia he has no relation to? He has no skin in the game, if life becomes worse because of his choice, it will not affect him in any way.

>But in 2023, the State Duma passed a law under which overseas polling stations would only issue the proportional-representation ballot. One less reason to go to the election.

Good. Vote in British elections, have fun

This kind of "Holier than thou" attitude is part of the reason why "Russian liberals" are not popular in Russia

It's wrong embassy. He needs to go to the Saudi one where they killed and dismembered WP journalist[0]. Saudi regime as a very good friend of the GB[1].

No, it takes a lot of delta V to change orbit

7. We suffer few losses, the enemy's losses are considerable

Morelli explains this principle or commandment as follows: "With rare exceptions, people tend to join the victorious cause. In the case of war, the preference of public opinion depends very much on the apparent results of the conflict. If the results are not good, the propaganda must disguise our losses and exaggerate those of the enemy." [0]

It's the same in Russia, if you are wondering

>I fear most Russians will just turn on Ukraine

That's too late for that fear. Ukrainian strikes on refineries and "Russian Amazon's" warehouses have already changed the sentiment. That's a great gift from Zelensky to Putin.

And that's just usual psy ops. I checked Yandex Go a minute ago - ordering a taxi works fine

>civilian electricity

Luckily, NATO spokesman answered that question 27 years ago.

Press conference by Mr Jamie Shea, NATO Spokesman, 25 May 1999 [0]

Question (Norwegian News Agency): I am sorry Jamie but if you say that the Army has a lot of back-up generators, why are you depriving 70% of the country of not only electricity, but also water supply, if he has so much back-up electricity that he can use because you say you are only targeting military targets?

Jamie Shea : Yes, I'm afraid electricity also drives command and control systems. If President Milosevic really wants all of his population to have water and electricity all he has to do is accept NATO's five conditions and we will stop this campaign. But as long as he doesn't do so we will continue to attack those targets which provide the electricity for his armed forces.

>why civilian heating facilities are being targeted during winter

Because these are cogeneration[0] facilities - they generate both electricity and heat.

Or it's what Western and Ukrainian propaganda wants you to believe so you keep voting for the politicians that prop the regime in Kiev with your tax money.

There is huge self-selection bias nowadays with all the war-time laws.

>The fact that most of the Russian population don't understand, or won't accept, the goal of the war

Is this a fact?

Good for C++'s coroutines too

Are you sure about that?

>The U.S. and Russia do not champion multilateralism — which requires countries to work together to reach agreements — and can use “political capital to exert pressure on other states,” she said. “They have the power to block any significant progress that is made by the vast majority of states who do want to move forward on a binding treaty,” she added.

I thought Russia is isolated and nearly bankrupt.

What political capital exactly does Russia have to exert pressure on other states?

What power exactly does Russia have to block any significant progress that is made by the vast majority of states?

This attempt by Washington Post to dilute American responsibility for weakining the pact doesn't look too convincing.

>Look, you're going to be paid for your posts no matter why, don't need to make it look silly, kacáp :)))

"kacáp" is an ethnic slur used by Ukrainian nationalists towards Russians.

Using it doesn't add weight to your arguments.

>how many children have been kidnapped

Zero from Russian side. Orphans were evacuated from the war zone. Some returned to the Ukraine when their relatives were found.[0] The rest is propaganda.

"A total of 31 children from 23 families have been reunited with relatives in Russia, while 145 children from 118 families have been reunited with relatives in Ukraine and third countries through the participation of the Russian children's rights commissioner's office, according to Lvova-Belova. ... Moscow said it has evacuated children from war zones for their safety, and facilitates family reunifications upon request. Ukraine accuses Russia of taking children unlawfully."[1]

"More"? More than what? I want more than nothing.

The comment I replied to spreads atrocity propaganda from a Russophobic organization, and spreads especially outrageous kind accusation that boils the blood of every decent human.

I want a source for that accusation. It's that simple.

Please don't spread atrocity propaganda[0] if you have no source.

[0] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atrocity_propaganda

I've tried to trace the source.

The blog you linked to links to NY Post[0] and it links to "New Voice of Ukraine", whatever it is, but the link leads to the article about Ukrainian journalist and some other women who were not allowed to stay in a bomb shelter in Kiev.

Maybe you can come up with an actual source? If it exists, of course.

I don't think you need a reminder, but here you are: the infamous Nuland-Pyatt[0][1] call about midwifing the coup.

"Pyatt: ... But anyway we could land jelly side up on this one if we move fast. So let me work on Klitschko and if you can just keep... we want to try to get somebody with an international personality to come out here and help to midwife this thing. ...

Nuland: So on that piece Geoff, when I wrote the note [US vice-president's national security adviser Jake] Sullivan's come back to me VFR [direct to me], saying you need [US Vice-President Joe] Biden and I said probably tomorrow for an atta-boy and to get the deets [details] to stick. So Biden's willing."

And here is a commentary from the Cato Institute, an American think tank, with subtitle "The extent of the Obama administration’s meddling in Ukraine’s politics was breathtaking."[3]
