I was asking about Orleans integration. They are working on it (https://twitter.com/reubenbond/status/1724463381686686075).

I think it's a matter of time for Dapr stuff to be integrated. It is after all the first preview.

edit: here's more info about Dapr and Aspire

What I like about Vue is less churn. Vue stayed in 2.6 for a long long time. It's fine.
Thanks for the info. TIL.
This is fantastic. Love it.
Yup - this would do the job faster and better.

Task task = Task.Delay(TimeSpan.FromSeconds(1)); tasks.Add(task);

It really depends on the city.

Making friends in Cairo, Egypt, where I currently reside, is very easy. People are very hospitable, there are a lot of house parties and you can crash any party (bring booze) and you will be welcomed with open arms. It's a massive metropolis and there are a lot of things to do.

Off course those people will now apologize

Re:Why SurrealDB is going to kill Elasticsearch on Sunday September 18, 2022 @08:36AM (#32887024)
Yeah they are trying to prevent the ElasticSearch scenario. It makes sense to me. They need to form a sustainable business model.

This is super. Finally there's a reason to use FoundationDB on ordinary systems.

How do you plan to be sustainable? RethinkDB was promising but it didn't last.

>Start with the smallest working example —it doesn’t matter where this comes from, it could be a website, blog, the documentation for the technology, a friend or coworker, it could be from anywhere. This is your basic working example. It’s the baseline for building further knowledge.

This is the main idea behind over 400+ micro samples I created for ASP.NET Core https://github.com/dodyg/practical-aspnetcore

You need a month vacation. Go to Dahab, take diving and be a beach bum this summer. You will gain a new perspective.

ASP.NET Core is pretty minimal in ceremony nowadays. You can easily do single file web development.
