Windows 11 is dogshit compared to Windows 7/10 and everyone knows it. I use OneCommander instead of Explorer because it's 1000x better than a product that was better 10 years ago.

If you look at the numbers India specifically is 3-4x overrepresented in H1Bs even accounting for their 1.5 billion population.
And if you account for IQs and poor English skills compared to native English speaking European countries like the UK/Ireland/Scottland, they're 30-40x overrepresented.
We're not getting exceptional talent. We're just getting millions of mediocre Indians who nepotistically hire other Indians.
