Better than endorsing Dylan Mulvaney's regressive and misogynistic "Days of Girlhood" act. A boycott was the right thing to do.

Have you seen Dylan Mulvaney's portrayal of "girlhood" though? He makes such a mockery of women with his misogynistic stereotyping. It shouldn't be a surprise that this was broadly rejected.

The brand sponsorships didn't make sense either. Like why Tampax? He doesn't menstruate. Why Nike? He doesn't have the body to be modeling women's athletic wear.

He has videos where he refers to vaginas as "Barbie pouches", saying that "not every woman has a Barbie pouch" and that society needs to "normalize the bulge". The whole thing is so absurd and offensive.

Did you see Mulvaney's portrayal of "girlhood" though? Incredibly, ridiculously sexist. Let's not forget that the backlash against him has been for a variety of reasons, and one of them is his blatant misogyny.
