It sucks that the OP's website didn't "blow up", but then again, most micro-SaaS's are not meant to go viral like that.
One point I would add is that there should be more promotion other than just posting on HN + PH. If that's where your launch stops, you may not be realizing your full potential.
Another little nitpick; The domain they used (EarlyBrd.io) was kinda weird due to the unconventional spelling. Yes, you don't need a dot com, but it should still be something you can mention in conversation and have the other party instantly understand & be able to spell, without you spelling it out for them.
Lastly, why does everyone here seem to care more about post titles than actual posts nowadays?
Blockchain can be used for a lot more than just digital cash. It can be used for storing immutable logs of any data/content. That implies endless use-cases.
Yes, transactions can be viewed as contracts, but the mediation is already accounted for by that specific blockchain's consensus algorithm & proposal/dispute resolution system. Most of the good smart contract blockchains already have systems in place for all this.
A few of my friends were talking about Plaid the other day, and I told them I like the company/product, but "many people on HN hate it." They were perplexed and when I explained it was because you guys were nervous about entering your bank password into a third-party (yet reputable) company's interface (that's encrypted), they wrote it off as "being paranoid." Can't say I disagree...
But as @Jasper_ said, this could be a problem with the domain name registry selling/leaking that info (AKA all their 'is_available' queries), and not the registrar.
What's more messed up is that they're going after the money he made from speaking at events:
The judge ruled that the government is entitled to any proceeds from those public talks, though it’s not clear how that ruling might be enforced.I don't understand why I was downvoted? I don't think there was enough context for anyone (who's not in the field) to know what you meant, and I thought it would be useful for people like myself to get clued in.
The new flow I suggest is: BTC -> Coinbase -> PayPal.
Withdrawals are instant & only subject to standard fees. The can funds can also be instantly converted to cash, via the PayPal Business Debit Card.

Would you use it ?
Do you genuinely believe that would lead to a community of great content ?
I was rejected too, so I feel your pain. But come on... This is such a low-effort post. It seems like all you did was update it with 1 paragraph saying "we got rejected again." What's the point? Why does this belong on HN?

I used Babylon.js for the 3D game/controls, and I imported free 3D assets from various asset stores for the content. The backend was a simple socket server written in Node.js with socket.io connected to the web frontend via JS using the standard WebSockets API. I got realtime character movement, turning, & jumping implemented pretty quickly. Content became a bottleneck so I stopped developing, but I hope to finish it up sometime in the near future.
Good luck!
Keep up the great work!
