How would you implement that? What defines exploitative behavior?

what other trade agreement asks for freedom of movement in addition to access to the common market? can you name one other deal on the planet which does this?
Re:Uber Hit with Cap as New York City Takes Lead in Crackdown on Wednesday August 08, 2018 @05:14PM (#17719554)
If we start to allow those who can't afford the congestion pricing to get a discount on congestion pricing, do we really have congestion pricing? Or just a new proportional-to-income "driving tax" in addition to state, county, and city taxes?
Russian as well. It's from silk road merchants calling oranges "chinese apples".
Re:Phoebus cartel on Friday July 27, 2018 @03:16PM (#17628456)
First off, that's a false analogy.

That being said, it's 50/50. Yeah, obviously people should be allowed to make their own choices but you also have to realize that people like 'us' (20-40yo tech career westerners) live a far different life and probably employ much better personal criteria than others do. It's not inherently a false statement but it shouldn't be used to take power from people.

Long story short I agree with you but a lot of people don't fully understand the ramifications of their actions.

I am sorry, I did not realize I had an obligation to constantly inform you about something. I will do my best in the future.
I don't live in a movie, but I definitely don't want to remove anything remotely dangerous to my person (see: everything) because it has the capacity for danger.
Sure! Can you point out what's been inflammatory? I mostly try to keep it to conversational fidelity, so I can see how what I post can be interpreted as trolling.
removing danger is not the primary goal lol. better to die a lion than live as a sheep.
Re:Singapore personal data hack hits 1.5m on Friday July 20, 2018 @01:45PM (#17577193)
That is the point. Obviously they have an interest, or they wouldn't be trying to collect this information in the first place. Government has shown itself time and time again to be less competent and more vulnerable than private industry.
Re:Singapore personal data hack hits 1.5m on Friday July 20, 2018 @12:06PM (#17576205)
This is why we cannot continue to allow the government to capture and store private data on its citizens, no matter what country it is.
You're telling me that with a phone, a car, and the ability to speak english, that driving cars around is the only opportunity possible?

And if I share an opinion that's not the norm, I'm an "evil russian".
Yes, he is, and I am as well. First of all, irradiated doesn't mean radioactive. Most food in the US is irradiated for health purposes before sale at grocery stores.

How is it contaminated? What's the distribution of contaminants? Do they actually have a significant effect?

Re:OpenAI Five Benchmark on Wednesday July 18, 2018 @03:16PM (#17561280)
Is the entire system one agent, which is then replicated across 5 bot instances, or do you have a specific network per hero?
Re:OpenAI Five Benchmark on Wednesday July 18, 2018 @03:13PM (#17561254)
Sorry, is it really necessary to say nevermore instead of "sf"? I understand some of us have been playing since WC3 days and are used to the old names (wisp, necrolyte, nevermore) but it's actually longer to pronounce AND more confusing nowadays.

Dota has this as well.
Re:When California Was the Bear Republic on Tuesday July 17, 2018 @08:46AM (#17549279)
Those causes might be misled, though, is what he's trying to say. As in those positions likely would not have passed because there would have been more accurate representation. Do you think it's fair for a small group of people to legislate over 40 million?
Re:When California Was the Bear Republic on Monday July 16, 2018 @08:50AM (#17540873)
What's the likelihood of California actually splitting?
