Some countries have long standing laws which help control the price of buying a residence, so they will not have this penalty baked into their future financial situation. Basically ensure that residential property should be unattractive and unprofitable to hold commercially for renting or sitting empty.

quite simply to screen drugs from reaching the emergency shelter, which is also a school, and save you from special prosecution applied to these situations and protect themselves politically from something the media will monitor closely. if they screened you at the shelter, its worse for everyone if they find anything on premises. emergency shelters will house anyone affected, including vulnerable elderly, children, mentally ill people, and unhoused heavy drug users. everyone was likely checked which also protects you while sheltering. i volunteered for a shelter during katrina and it gets out of hand very fast with just one delusional person or drug user. i stopped a robbery within 3 minutes of starting my first shift. a deranged person was aggressively drug seeking, and robbing pill bottles away from an elderly woman in a wheelchair. could have been your mom or grandma just caught up in it. so- check everyone as a protocol, as its for public shelter safety. seek therapy for ptsd, its never too late to heal. if you have heavy bias against law enforcement, perhaps consider joining a community program or volunteering - do it as a therapy to yourself to help improve your insight which will help everyone work towards improving the situation in your community.
Love the build. I think the printer you used was genius in terms of how it gives a super retro look to the label.

When I saw how you had to cut the edges I thought I would share that When printing my own custom labels or stickers, I use a local print shop that has a vinyl printer+cutter. Im not sure what media they would use to make this cool retro look, as I order the durable vinyl for my applications so far. (such as custom bottle labels for a friends birthday). No glue is needed and I have saved a fair amount of cash by using their printer instead of buying one.

Home versions of these printer+cutters start at around 300-400 bucks. Thanks for posting your build, I have found it very inspirational.

maybe got your peanut butter mixed with your chocolate just a little....windows 95 etc, are product names, not version numbers. Windows 95 is version 4 with the last release likely being 4.0.950 C. To rant a little- I wouldnt count on MS to ever name anything well and at least once had 2 different products with the exact same name. They also named one ai product "Recall" which is a very negative name for a product which kind of got recalled ironically.

in a pinch I rub black pepper or thyme (hopefully a fine powder) everywhere and on clothes.. (I think thyme tests higher as a repellant for ticks and BPepper for mosquitos).

rub it between your hands to heat it a little to activate the oils inside and apply liberally.

Just remember - do not do it casually at social situations and be wary of staining your clothes and triggering an alergic reaction on yourself.
