If you cook your own food, it is easy to avoid. Simply don't buy them. Use tallow, ghee, butter, coconut oilt.

Note that this simple method of making what you eat will mitigate exposure to endocrine disrupting plastics too.

Studies on human nutrition are extremely limited. If you'd like to see a case reports about keto eating putting Diabetes Type 2 in remission see below:

Citation?

Wait until everyone learns about bioavailability of nutrients with respect to type of food -- ie. Animal-based nutrition is more bioavailable than plant-based nutrients. [1]

Name one. Sounds very tyrannical to me.

Same here. People should experiment for themselves. Give a 30-Day meat-based diet a try.

Plants use chemicals as defense. For instance, take caffeine which is a neurotoxin.

The root problem is hyperinsulinemia. [1] The cholesterol narrative is far, far off from being correct.

Much of this is due to protein dilution through the course of time, from hunter & gatherers to agricultural societies to industrial and post-industrial societies. [1]

Okay. Look at it structurally: is it Organic or Inorganic?
I am not anti-civilization. I am presenting an objective framework. There is: organic ( Nature ) and inorganic ( Civilization )

Not sure how your comment relates...

Civilization is an affront to nature -- it's amazing how few of us understand this.

If you eat what our ancestors ate, then you don't need to brush your teeth.[1]

Yes, it is.

The better question: is it safe to eat/snack/graze chronically? Type 2 Diabetes seems to indicate it is not.

Am I wrong to be frustrated with the way this is phrased. I think something to the effect of, "Lack of exercise pollutes brain and promotes degeneration." is more informative of the finding.

Similar to "Time in nature heals you"...
