Thanks for the reminder. I have struggled my whole life with this and all its fallout, use one's imagination. My inner terrorist will rip anything to shreds if I'm not at my .01% best.

Laughs. How does "Unlimited PTO" even work? Mystery of the universe. For me it's "Unlimited PTO" right up to being let go.

This is awesome. Way to go.

It'd be cool to get the same kinda effect with Ml Agents and Unity. I should work on that.

How do we get this case brought against Valve (and all the others) in the US?

I used umbrella, because statistical signal processing seems to include DSP concepts + probability concepts + random process + Control Theory (Markov stuff)

I need this for the umbrella of statistical signal processing.
Re:Vegan takeaway orders quadruple over past two years on Wednesday August 28, 2019 @02:30PM (#20822582)
I'm going as veg as I can. Shooting for vegan.

Enviro concerns. Rebellion. I feel I'm healthier barring intake of Iron.

I find it less expensive as good meat is expensive. Meat imoho is hard to cook. I'm put off by slaughter and the whole idea. I feel it's one thing I can do to help the world (and prolly be a bit healthier). I have friends who have reduced too! thats cool. The idea of the amount of intake to output on a cow. Its high, there's an index for it.

Prolly gonna try go vegan (everything) Screw big corps poisoning me with mass slaughter and cruelty products. Odd ingredients I have never heard of. Who is going to pay for my double bypass or kemo? Oh......me? Call me a PETA/Hippie, whatever. I care about the future of the planet and being low impact. It feels like the right way to go about it right now. The mass consumption in the states today is pretty off-putting // disturbing.

Reduce/Recycle/Reuse. No, I do not need a new phone. This one works just fine.

Sobering, softening article.

Perspective.

Re:Insured price $2,758, cash price $521 on Friday August 02, 2019 @07:00PM (#20597369)
I always got a kick out of the DO's in training at a WA DO school telling us they were all on WA medicaid, as they didn't have another option in which to obtain healthcare.

Huh, that's odd.

A friend who asked how much the retina re-attachement would cost. Weighing her options.

I'm just sad that healthcare seems like such a luxury.

I do enjoy stories of friends not just being complacent. Going out of country for dental procedures. Getting good results for 1/10 the price.

Re:When Having Friends Is More Alluring Than Being Right on Wednesday July 31, 2019 @01:41AM (#20571949)
I thought of tweleve step programs reading this article.

Things get culty. But what community doesn’t look inclusive and strange to an outsider? Sports? Reps/Dems? Any system not your own?

I think its a lovely article. Spurs up alot of thoughts. Especially when being wrong is considered so bad in the US.

Also interested in 3D engine pointer.
Re:Withdrawal from Antidepressants on Tuesday December 20, 2016 @11:35PM (#13226818)
I started Lexapro 10mg 5 days ago. 5mg taper up week. Reading stuff like this scares me. However based on my depression scales for months my LCPC and MD recommended it. Major life upsets back to back to back to back. I have light momentary nausea starting out. I hope it doesn't get worse. :( I'm only using it as a footing to work some recovery programs. Then I'm done.
