>The lack of diversity in economics becomes self-reinforcing when potential students don’t see themselves represented in the profession.
>If you don't see anyone who looks like you in the profession, it could be difficult to imagine yourself in the domain.
In other words, diversity creates problems that otherwise wouldn't exist.
>I have contacted the University of Ohio's engineering department in an attempt to gather more information.
You probably won't get very far considering that is a different university.
>one hour
They're at the southern end of Central Park, which means that one hour is lunch hour.
>I would add "fake news" to hate speech.
What are you doing? Are you trying to ban speech you don't like? What body determines what is "fake news" and "hate speech"? It can't be done, which is why the only sane policy is free speech.
We have laws against violence, and it's a very clear line.
The picture-in-picture window can be precisely placed by holding down the Cmd key while dragging.
If a web site doesn't have a PiP button, press and hold the speaker icon.
I find it inexcusable that Teslas don't have voice commands.
"Tesla, slow down the wipers."
Apple is diluting their brand with this nonsense.
>"the system" has given life sentences to people for marijuana charges

This seems like a perfect opportunity for Apple to allow apps to be installed outside of the App Store (like macOS).
I was absolutely shocked that Apple rejected the Gab app. Their rules are arbitrary and constricting.
It's basic, genetically-motivated in-group preference.
And then you can make it a spiral of steel to eliminate the vertical welds.
The coating needs to be very thin. I think of it more as filling in little scratches and then polymerizing to create a smoother surface. I still use oil/fat when it's time to cook.
Not if you want to limit your eating window, which is a great way to make your body burn its fat reserves.
You can season stainless steel pans to a degree by bringing oil up to its smoke point. YouTube has some tutorials.
Of course it's a factor. For the most part people like to be part of their own tribe. It's human nature, not taboo.
If they are citizens of another country they are by definition foreign.
>Note that they still can't vote
Isn't that contradictory? Why not require them to be a member of the club to influence the club?
>when some of them have been in the US longer (and legally) than anywhere else in their lives
And not electing to become a citizen.
>Non-citizen residents also get representation in Congress.
This creates bad incentives. Why would we allow foreigners to influence congress?
