You know, you're absolutely right - she /is/ a better person than you.

If all my module slots can go to batteries, I'll be tempted.

You know, you're making a good case for techies publishing their current salary/day rate. In a sellers' market disclosure should drive prices up.

I just bought a TV. I bought a 720 'cos it was cheaper (because, really, who cares about "picture quality" except nerds?), and I was really impressed with the software - it can do DLNA streaming, Youtube pairing, and Netflix and none of that was even mentioned on the box! Means I don't even need to bother gluing a Raspberry Pi to the back like I planned. Awesome! And so cheap!
(In case it wasn't clear... you are not the only market segment. Neither am I.)

There seem to have been half-a-dozen negative personal experience stories about G+ turn up this weekend. And now this. Is nobody else sensing organization behind this?
(Not that I'm defending Google's "just the wrong side of creepy" approach, but if I was in competition with them I'd want to make sure everyone knew just how creepy they are).

As a "foreigner", I don't really have a problem with that. Covertly gaining advantage for their own team is what spies are supposed to do.
The rest of the world needs to encrypt and, where possible, route around the damaged areas.

Thanks. I was starting to think I was the only one. Nice to get some confirmation I'm not crazy.
