[Context] I made a biometric toy app to learn about watchOS and iOS. It uses the last 15 mins of heart rate data to assign an emotive state to the slope of the current reading in relation to the frame. It'll be incorporated soon enough. It was a fun learning experience.

I'm really confused -- why does anyone care so much to delete these episodes? What is so important to be gained by deleting episodes like this?
