That's what I used, the webrings. I did a lot of link hopping from people's amateur sites because they all had "Links Out" pages, and there was a lot of website social circles that operated with message boards and webrings.
There's a reason why it looks like he's doing a great job from the outside. Same with why there aren't really any viable alternatives. His political rivals have been punished with corruption charges[1], and he's ruled China with a calculated level of control that hasn't been seen in decades[2].

The move to remove term limits means he will be an absolute dictator for life. One of the only "good" things about the Chinese political system was the 10 year limit, and governance through an oligarchy, so there wouldn't be another cult of Mao type scenario. Since taking office Xi has slowing consolidated power for himself alone, and now with the removal of term limits, I think his control over China is complete.

My university did, but since most CS majors did not care about GPAs, most of my classmates took the class and just cared about passing it, not actually learning anything or recognizing the importance of ethics. Hearing my classmates joke about some really serious ethical dilemmas kind of made me depressed about the state of the field.

As informative as this article was, and it does cover some useful Civil Procedures, the headline is something I might have expected from the Daily Mail. That alone makes the entire thing seem rather disingenuous.
Re:As Computer Coding Classes Swell, So Does Cheating on Tuesday May 30, 2017 @11:56AM (#14446207)
I used to be a tutor for my university's CS department. Cheating increased as our influx of CS students increased. Lots of kids who didn't actually enjoy CS, but had heard it was a lucrative career. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with them in class, and when they asked for "help" in the walk-in labs.

The biggest problem was the department heads unwilling to take on the issue. Most who get caught cheating just fail, but aren't reported for it, and the one lecturer who did take it seriously never got anywhere because when he would report it, nothing ever happened. The more students in CS, the more funding the school gave the department...

The pagination would be a lot more useful if every load wasn't random. I've seen the same sites multiple times across different pages.

Yeah, a content font shouldn't be at 300. It's way too thin at that font size.
