Re:Denmark Data Breach Exposes 8.8M People's Personal Data on Monday October 05, 2026 @05:13AM (#49962424)
The article mentions that they accessed the information through a Danish company whose access has been revoked now. I find it really surprising that a company could access these records without any limitations on which info or how many records they can pull.

I did Rustlings without any knowledge of Rust and I thought it worked great. There are links to guide & documentation pages for every exercise. It worked great to learn the basics through practice.

When preparing a new EWD, he always sought to produce the final version from the outset."

Dijkstra did not own a TV, a VCR, or even a mobile phone. He preferred to avoid the cinema, citing an oversensitivity to visual input. By contrast, he enjoyed attending classical music concerts."

This is very fascinating to me, as a generally unsure person, I can't imagine writing anything this way let alone scientific papers. It certainly requires a deep focus and great knowledge on what you are writing about. I will try to give it a go next time I write out my thoughts.

There is interesting interview where he goes deeper into this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0w1MJHxStg

There is an add-on called unhook that allows you to disable almost everything on youtube. I turned off shorts, recommendations, the home page even the comments. Now all I see is my subsriptions page. It really stopped me from wasting hours hopping videos.

It also workes on firefox mobile, I stopped using the default youtube app.

Agreed, I liked using it too. Now I've switched to md notetaking with Obsidian. Do you have any good alternatives for notion?
