Spoken words are constrained to match mouth movements in a different language, the written forms don't have this restriction.

I doubt they were considering language learning when subtitling, unfortunately.

At many large companies, you need to have permission to post about the company. When the number of employees gets into the tens of thousands, odds get very good someone will say something that reflects badly on the company.

Generally, it's not that you can't post, you just can't post an an employee.

The companies generally don't want something like:

"I am a Goodreads employee."

"we know it is bad today."
