Truly sorry for the current state of the NHS. They deny their own kids becoming doctors and then import Africans with zero to none education (not even basic medical) with fake certificates. Horrible bureau where 5 generations of doctors noble lady suicide's in shitty rat rotten Nurses house. Idiotic rules where doctors have to spend 15 minutes per patient and get seriously penalised for spending more. Dodgy at best IT systems that I with years in IT struggle to figure out. Layers upon layers of popup based dialogs where if you select something wrong you have to start again. Did I tell you loading each dialog takes few minutes and it's 'normal'. Heads of Hospital's going for hunting trips while their staff sleep on the floor... Yeah I feel even in medieval times medical professionals had better life's.

Well if BTC got adopted properly it would have been the answer. We are stuck with the system designed ages ago. No doubt it's good for government. Current Fintech can go any peasant go bust. However, normal folks have zero control over their financial security. Your always under radar especially under cashless society umbrella.
