When I see this, I think about Eden AI. I've been using them way before openrouter back in early 2022 before chatgpt when they were routing to AI As A Service apis of deepl, azure, aws, clarifai ...etc but then they pivoted to other platoform ideas. They could have been one of the biggest EU startups in history.
