Are extensions and their settings shared across all containers?

One thing I love about Chrome/Edge profiles is being able to different extensions enabled/disabled and configured differently across them.

For example, I have a "private" profile that always runs windscribe vpn and other privacy-heavy extensions that I might not necessarily want running on my "base" profile.

Looks awesome but I'm having trouble adding my MFL league to sync. The URL works fine and all the teams are listed. I select mine and it appears to accept it, but then tells me I don't have a team selected for the league. When I go into Fantasy Assistant and try to select my team there, only 3 of our 12 teams are listed in the drop-down, none of which are mine.

Since Friday, my 5s has prompted me for a password with this message more times than TouchID has worked succesfully.
