Openrouter is for open models. Makes sense that the open weight models top the leaderboard.

I 100% agree. I love the video and it honestly makes me feel more connected to the brand. Keep up the good work, I think this can only help you stand out in an increasingly crowded space.

What rubs you the wrong way about the video? Does it being this lighthearted make you question their engineering talent? Why are fun and skill mutually exclusive? I would like to know since I am working on a B2B project, and contemplating wacky marketing.

I am genuinely curious about this. I am contemplating somewhat zany marketing tactics for a project I'm working on. In your mind does fun =/= trust?

Explain why you think $1B at $5B valuation isn't overvaluation? This strikes me as over-indexing on Ilya + teams ability to come up with something novel while trying to play catch-up.

Currently using react-dropzone seems to solve most of the major issues for me. Use that to get a signed URL via API, then upload from client to image server directly.

If you're on HN you can be knowledgable and proactive regarding your security with crypto, but I just don't see mainstream adoption without trusted 3rd parties. I don't think insurers would underwrite that sort of thing given crypto's history.

You aren't wrong, maybe it's my wishful thinking. What do you think the solution is here? Do you think the house of cards stayed propped up because a lot of people were in on the fraud? Were the auditors just incompetent or were they in on it? Auditors are reasonably well known firms.

This is about "printing" isn't it? I guess 3D modelling should have spectral qualities - but Pantone is made for spot colouring in print and paint.

I don't understand - in lieu of paying for a Pantone subscription, isn't the next best option to use RGB and just separately log what the final printed spot Pantone will be? Maybe I misunderstand why you dislike the hex equivalents chart.
