No trashcans anywhere though :)
And that's, ladies and gentlemen, how you promote yourself as a tourist destination!
It may happen if enough republicans that want to stay afloat in the post-Trump era jump ship.
That era and the reckoning it will bring are coming, either now or in two years. The skillet is getting hotter day by day.
It’s rather obvious that if the dems take the senate and the congress next week, it will be fight for survival for the ruling top, with Trump at the top spot, as they will be looking at a very real possibility of getting trialed and jailed.
Given what Trump did when he lost the election, we can bet that whatever comes now will be way way more nasty and disruptive.
Then, if the dems don't win, it will imply a massive scale of election fraud, which too will stir sh*t in another, but equally significant way.
So one way or another, the market volatility is all but guaranteed, and a significant market slide is also very likely as people will be parking in cash/gold for a while. And weak tech earnings is just the right trigger.
Is iPad mini finally smaller than iPhone maxi?
Or this exciting marketing twist still to come?
In Windows, by default, thread's stack is capped at 1MB. Main thread gets more but that's somewhat off the point.

Fantastic write-up, kudos to the author.
Don’t threaten him with good Times.
It makes its creator happy.

Squints - m is too weird - tab closed :)
Just like AutoDesk, my subtraction skills aren't what they used to be :-/
This was almost 30 years ago, in 1989.
Autodesk was quite alright back then.
Looks like a straight

Beijing being 3rd less popular answer for "Asian capital city" is pretty bizarre.
It's a feedback for whoever was responsible for publishing this article.
Explicit and vocal pushback of unwanted practices is surprisingly effective.
As they used to say on slashdot:
From the "C++ design committee was so preoccupied with whether they could, they never stopped to think whether they should" department.
Asserts:
1. You don't like the being conditional on NDEBUG ot aborting the program - roll out your own. Will still be a one-liner.
2. You want them act as documentation of pre-conditions in headers - just add a comment there.
The only somewhat reasonable development here are the post conditions for functions with multiple returns, but post/s are dramatically less common than pre/s, so their utility is also debatable.
It's not they are ugly or beautiful.
It's just that it's one thing to like how something looks and another is to want to have it.
It’s all with a British accent though ... it won't fly for long!
... an audacious choice of words according to the Austrian association of (real) engineers that get all red-faced and jittery even thinking about it! These peasants, bah, they can't even...

More importantly, when detecting that Photopea is pirated, if it runs for 3-6 minutes and then crashes, it's more likely to look like a bug in the export than a deliberate anti-piracy attempt. This is a very frequently repeated point, which is invalid.
Crashing pirated versions do not affect the reputation of the original. It’s an urban legend.
People using pirated versions are perfectly aware of the fact that they are using butchered versions of the original. So when it crashes, chances are it's because of a botched DRM bypass. It's an obvious connection, has always been.
Can you describe the process of the GDPR request?
You can't be serious. Getting rid of the need to pass purchases through these two American behemoths will be a huge step in the right direction.
And a straight angle is just 10 degrees away from the water's boiling point. Might be something in it too :)
Must've been that. Will check if there are any markings on slides. I do remember the process being rather involved.
Don't know if they were Kodachrome, but I still have some color Kodak slides that my dad developed at home in the late 80s.
Back in the early 00s the UK seemed to go all in on mass surveillance, with massive amount of cameras in public places and all that. I still remember how shocking it all looked even from Canada. So these 1984 parallels are certainly not a new development.
First Lunar flyby, first Lunar probe landing, first photos from surface, first Lunar rover - all Soviets.
Crewed landing is a massive achievement, but it being the finish line of the race is the US framing, primarily due to getting beaten in all other firsts.

won the space raceSome of it.
Not first to the space, not first to the Moon, not first in human spaceflight, not first in spacewalk, etc.
> It's new in that it's not really a hybrid. It isn't meant to take over when you run out of battery.
Because the latter was used in the trolleybuses since forever. I remember riding one on this mighty emergency power during some local blackout only to realize that it would be faster to walk :)
