Would you consider a structured contract engagement (20–30 hours per week for a few months), or are you hiring strictly full-time?

I am a systems engineer with 15+ years of experience, focused on high-performance C/C++ and Rust. I have built order matching engines and deep packet inspection systems handling millions of events per second, and have worked on UTXO-based blockchain core development since 2017, in addition to smart contracts and production Rust systems.

I am very excited about Monad and I was happy to see that you posted this here at HN.
