We're training neutral networks on human content to be human like. We don't have "robotic content"

Weird twist the hiring call at the end for a company that says

> Our mission is to automate coding

Point twice to them. Point to the space in front of your lap. Point to your face and mimic sad face and later happy face, while pointing your thumb down then up, à la Roman emperor.
And I guess no one of the people who were doing that paid but the community paid the price for this scam ?

Reads like ai slop / mad marketer
I really hope to never be in the position where I have to use it
“Never again” has been said in a completely different context: fully developed humans killing other developed humans systematically on a huge scale across years. Don’t confuse ethnic cleanings and genocide with fully voluntary abortions, as sad as they may be.
Renting doesn’t go to government but to landlords and aristocracy
It’s a straw man cause you don’t have a windfall redistribution as only option
Re:Why does Britain feel so poor? on Friday April 04, 2025 @06:50PM (#43588581)
Buy from who? If costs would be cheap, who would want to sell assets?
Re:Apple M4 MacBook Air review: I have no notes on Wednesday March 19, 2025 @08:42AM (#43411096)
Try whisky and kegworks winery. I’m playing assassin’s creed unity on a m1 with decent frame rate
Right but now you can have ways to remove bias. Like automated assignment and grading
Re:Career Advice in 2025 on Tuesday March 18, 2025 @07:18AM (#43398090)
lol I wish. The problem is not the inherent complexity but the accidental complexity. FE has a big chunk in the second. You won’t get your budget to rewrite three accidental complexity you find in the wild

I mean you can see that even at any company at any size. I think it’s human nature.
4 years of it, if I remember correctly
Re:Deep Research on Sunday February 02, 2025 @08:37PM (#42913967)
Not only that: by publishing noise, you’re lowering the signal/noise ratio.
Re:When did estimates turn into deadlines? on Wednesday November 20, 2024 @04:57AM (#42192329)
I agree with the general sentiment (estimation is part of the work, ppl are not good at estimates, ppl are not good at their job) I also think that in high churn rate companies, or where team get created and disbanded every two quarters, it’s quite difficult to have a mental model on other teams ability to deliver a dependency for your team. And this situation I find quite common tbh
But one of the two you can have on your device and do not have to pay rent
Re:Just use fucking paper, man on Wednesday August 28, 2024 @03:03PM (#41383010)
I think it’s caused by being stressed. We hope to find a simple solution from being overwhelmed.
Yeah I definitely don’t slack off (at this job, I’m precious it was terrible), so that wouldn’t be the concern. It’s more like I think I’m quite a private person. What would be the benefits that you’ve seen out of it?
I do kind of the same but I’d be concerned to have it readable and n not private. But maybe I shouldn’t be. What’s your thoughts on having it open? I think it would be the first in the company if it’d do that.
Libraries would get charged more for a bigger number of magazines that are just a collection of ads. That’s what happens in the UK.
