How many TWh crypto consumed? Would one be able to build Egyptian pyramids with this amount of energy?

Looks like Fortran programmers have been doing data-oriented design since forever.

The result is that world becomes more and more boring. No interesting discussion can take place. Environment becomes more toxic and it's mainly due to radicals who perceive everything as offensive and everybody who disagrees as "nazi" or "racist" or "-phobic".

He's right. Longest thriving tulip market in history. I wonder how much energy in total BTC has already consumed?

All people, regardless of their worldview, left- and right-wing, should be aware that they are in the same boat on this.

I believe used notation (complex exponential) is confusing for most people. In physical implementation physical waveform will be computed I+Q (writing I+jQ seems to exclude this). I found this very helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_7d-m1ehoY

No, FED does not print money - bank reserves are not legal tender. If they had printed money, inflation would have skyrocket.
My only question is why banks agree to this deal: exchanging U.S. treasuries for bank reserves (which they only can use as a collateral for lending) ?

Best wishes to dr R.Davis and his team - great job! My uncle suffers from Guillaine-Barre Syndrom (GBS) (or rather A-CIDP, but that still needs to be determined). I'm trying to educate myself on GBS and research newest treatment methods, but most resources/articles are paywalled. That does not help.

Used to work with Rational Rhapsody. Big project with a lot of fancy state charts - that was nightmare. Visual programming does suck (unless it's Simulink).

Best CoC I have ever seen! I do not think that it is joke. From sqlite's source code:
