What tools? Ummmm Synopsis type tools? I like FPGA’s and ASIC chips but you know, the tooling is ecosystem is a big black box of wtf. Verilator is great though. Any tools I should be looking up and looking out for? Thanks!

Re:How An AI math breakthrough ignited a controversy on Wednesday September 09, 2026 @11:47AM (#49628496)
Question for the maths people please: Is this solution related to strange attractors? Looking at the visualization my mind can’t help but see a resemblance. I would really appreciate anyone’s 2-cents :)
No, no, no we’ve got this all wrong! Courts are meant to change laws not charge fees.

17B is cheap compared to changing the laws being exploited.

META won this one hands down.

That’s awesome!!!!
Re:Our position on open-weights models on Monday July 27, 2026 @11:11PM (#49078811)
The one to inherit all knowledge will determine which of us read and who of us write.

-The Libraries of Power

It is a powerful endeavor to cultivate all raw models through a single point. One will be the determining factor of which river feeds what oceans.

Will we always be able to see through the hallucinations? Our test makers must always know where ground truth is. Can it ever move or wane about as others read what one has written. To determine hallucination one needs a reference. As all are blessed with the generation of hallucination, who of us shall read, and which of us will write.

Re:I Use Obsidian on Tuesday February 17, 2026 @09:38PM (#47056495)
Don’t over complicate this everyone.

This is the best file-explorer GUI ever made hands down.

All your files map 1-to-1 with the OS filesystem. No double clicking files over and over again. No getting lost in endless unsorted directories. Launch any file extension type straight from the same explorer GUI.

I use this app less as a second brain and more as a personal document vault. (Markdown is ugly sorry about it) I get lots of pdf’s and such so it’s all in one place.

Cool, end of speech. Peace out

We are very talented at distilling the noisy information going through the web each day into lists. Let’s distill diplomatic topics and their sub topics into lists as well. Let’s keep the lists around. They should be as indefinite as the topics they trace. Do some tech-AI-open-source-local-… stuff to compile our many mouths into the lists they belong. Unstructured data-> structured data.

Compile collective thought by semantic meaning. Each person should be able to influence the whole proportional to total participants of the list.
