because you might not want to send a technician to every single one of them once a firmware update is needed
It's not even significant cost. The main cost is still the hardware, not electronics driving it, and especially not a tiny module that talks with electronics to send/receive commands/metrics
"I won't lock the door coz attackers might be able to bring battering ram"
Nope. I want one with OpenWRT

also

> 4. used terminal PC, they go for cheap. Just add ethernet usb card for second link

also

> 5. plenty of small form factor multiple ethernet boards you can get on ARM and even x86, tho gonna be more expensive than a dedicated router

I don't know what you mean, looks more like camera lens from front
we're quickly getting into "we're sorry, you can't access the site unless you verify with android/iphone" so yes, that would be essentially dead
...by being even less open than Android. It's not an improvement
Question is really how many companies will stay due to inertia while competition catches up
And yet overnight the pro UA comments in Polish internet dropped by order of magnitude, must be coincidence....

...it's fucking datacenter, obviously it runs more than just "crawler bots"

Just co-located datacenter next to a military base
US put some of those regimes in power
Well, hopefully it is in plans, online matchmaking in EU PvP games would be better overnight
Still, at least Polish Facebook seem to be far quieter with anti-UA/pro russia comments. So not only search bots
I think the problem is that we build it the wrong way around

It should be:

* city decides which area need more housing or re-development, open to community feedback ideas. * developers pen up proposals * city picks one * city keeps an eye on timelines and quality

Developers get the job with less fighting the city, city gets what it wants, where it wants, and hopefully there is less pathologic development all around

Not GPUs. AI chips. no benefit to the customer

DDR4 have similar latency as DDR5 and that's what matters in all games, while raw bandwidth only matters in some games
Very much so
I think that's their exact plan. Cover all bases. The bubble can burst but that really only affects the UI model giants, the demand for AI won't drop even if frontier model companies won't find profitability enough to pay the bill
Re:Bitwarden Dual License Model on Saturday October 10, 2026 @02:17PM (#50035609)
VC money gonna get their returns one way or another

> Some future components will be published under the commercial license and will exist only in that build. Newly developed features will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for which license applies to them.

by which it means "no new features will land in OSS versions", as is tradition for open core development

Re:`123456' password used in Danish CPR data breach on Saturday October 10, 2026 @10:45AM (#50033510)
121212 would probably be more ergonomic
So you are saying that somehow landlord can pay all the same taxes and offer cheaper rent than buying it ?

Also did your six neurons figured out that it would also cause rent to decrease yet ?

Don't have HOA, have everything you have, AMA

all of those services are ones that should be realized by the city, from taxes paid to the city. If they are not, the problem is that people vote for wrong people

and population in developed world is also no longer growing
Except they don't, taxing single house owner is just cost of living increase any time area gets gentrified or more desirable

It's basically excuse to get rid of poor that made a mistake of buying a house in area that turned more expensive 2 decades after.

Tax anything after first house, sure, but taxing house by value is terrible idea that never actually worked in a way proponents are saying it would

Amazing they managed to make virtualisation that slow in WSL2
