I'm a self-taught software engineer focused on AI systems and full-stack distributed applications. I learn by building.

Two recent projects, both open source:

- Agent Central: a real-time visual observatory for AI agents. Each agent is a pixel-art character in an office, moving between rooms based on what it's doing. FastAPI + Phaser + WebSocket. github.com/KaloyanYordanov12/agent-central
