I feel they weren't being genuine in their request, but just in case, a couple quick finds.

There have been people recently that have had law enforcement show up to their homes for posting comments.

Our armed officers are supposed to be upholding a constitution, not party preferences.

"Colonialism is the practice by which a state or power extends and maintains political, social, economic, and cultural domination over a foreign territory and its people." -- And you see nothing about that seems like it could possibly be a way to describe the current AI landscape? Perhaps you jumping ship because you see a buzzword, or something you have decided is a buzzword is just you being mentally lazy?

And assumptions can be made by your wording choice as well.

For that specific case? Pretty simple, many of his actions that held up congressionally appropriated funds were found unconstitutional in a number of federal courts. Add to that there being a seeming intention to 'claim' that power and authority by this administration gives a few flags. I guess I need to know what you definition of a President overstepping his powers would be?

Right, so what I am seeing is that someone goes, "Hey, holding up the money that congress appropriated is overstepping what has historically been the legislative branches power and usurping it to be an excecutive branch power" and then I look at the specific instances they mention and come to the same or a similar conclusion, I am performing confirmation bias, but you reading their example and equating it to "they don't like Trump" is pure analysis.

I read the replies and see a large number of them listing quite specifically, perhaps you need to reread?

I just watched Trump talk for 5 minutes sitting at the desk in the oval office about how he gets to choose what he likes and the blathering about a seriously good question being 'fake news'. The president acting like a petulant toddler makes me feel like the name couldn't be more appropriate.

Sounds like a gross society justified by what seems to be inflating the intent of a population. 'Demand to be funded' is some inadequacy you have being projected onto target population.

I get what you are saying, but at the same time I was bored on a Saturday and 'vibe coded' a small VR game, nothing special, but I had the LLM throw down a structure, and then I walked through it looking at and thinking about why placement of code was how it was and how different things were handled. It was basically exactly like my job, jump into some okay working legacy app, code I have never actually seen, try to get my brain around it, then personally tweak things until the app performs the way I fully want.

We are too far past the fascist crap too entertain this stupidity. I get it, you don't see a problem with any of it. Now go enjoy your dumb little life and I am going to go back trying to find ways to help make friends and family I have in the Minneapolis area feel safe again.

Masked people rushing a car and drawing weapons and the driver panicking. Now ask me who appears to escalate the entire situation. Or what the actual penalty for impeding a lane of traffic is.

Empathy, that is what you appear to be missing in your equation. If I see someone about to chuck a baby off a cliff, I hope I step out of my normal comfort zone and do something. In that case it is probably pretty clear, and this one seems grey for some people, but for others, and myself include, ICE is affecting people's lives in ways that is unacceptable and we need to do something.

Agreed, I really like this demo, seems like a fun concept that adds some sparkle to a typically mundane thing.
Getting so pedantic about a minor point seems like it does more to stifle creativity and innovation and that it does to help.
