This would make a good basis for a Black Mirror episode. Ask the question, "How far will they go to hold you to task if you don't complete your goals, or what happens if you lie?"

Name the episode "Safeword."

If the officer submitted the DNA as if they were a customer of the site, I wonder how they complied with the company's sample collection process. You usually have to submit a generous amount of saliva or cheek swabs.

The forum spam problem is easily solved if you ask a question during registration like: "What are the last four letters in the name of this website?" Anything that requires momentary thought from an actual user, and is specific to your website, will throw bots off.
I'm reminded of the Tesloop episode of 'The Pitch' podcast. "Haydn Sonnad pitches his plan to revolutionize regional transit on the back of Tesla’s electric charging network." https://gimletmedia.com/episode/11-tesloop/

There are suffering animals in this video, if anyone cares to avoid that.

I also went a long time double-spacing and can't remember when I made the switch. I don't think it was a conscious decision. Wonder what prompted it.

Thanks. I'd enroll in a heartbeat if I were able to put my remaining GI Bill benefits towards it today.

Any possibility Thinkful will support payment through the G.I. Bill in the future?
I recommend http://www.SRFax.com. Affordable subscription pricing with special plans for healthcare solutions.

For those of us who live in Fresno and are curious as to which neighborhoods are being targeted: Harlan Ranch and Fancher Creek. They say "communities outside of these areas will not be affected."
Seconding the need for a copy editor. I lost interest immediately.

- The "Lets make those customers happy!" should be "Let's make those customers happy!"

- There is no space after the comma in "calls,IVR," and "chat, customer"

Don't underestimate the importance of attention to detail. These tiny mistakes would have even been caught by Microsoft Word.

Are you not treating your sleep apnea?
Patents expire, and printers are fairly old technology, so perhaps there is to be a printer revolution in the not so distant future?

Re:Zika Infection May Affect Adult Brain Cells on Friday August 19, 2016 @08:50PM (#12324492)
Yes. What if mosquitoes inoculate us (and/or other animals) against diseases during childhood? Absent mosquitoes, I wonder if we would become more vulnerable to those diseases entering our systems through other vectors.
Re:Zika Infection May Affect Adult Brain Cells on Friday August 19, 2016 @07:16PM (#12324184)
Is it possible that mosquitoes spread beneficial pathogens among humans, in addition to the deadly pathogens they are known for? The concept of overprotective parents preventing their children from building their immune system comes to mind.
When I am working on something and need to break for the day, I try to stop at a point where I am enthusiastic about continuing (i.e. not experiencing writer's block or confused as to how to proceed). This means I will be able to pick up the next day write where I left off, immediately get back into the flow of things, and I will look forward to doing it.
Something like this would be useful if you could cross-reference your recommendations with others. If I have a set of recommended movies, tell me which movies are also recommended to members of my family, so that we can find the one we are most likely to all enjoy.

Official blog entry reports: "These reductions come from the removal of gum acacia and the decreased quantity of oat flour. There is still ample fiber in Soylent 1.4, and we are happy to have found a balance between essential fiber content and digestibility." http://blog.soylent.me/

If they did that before the FDA came knocking, and/or hadn't ignored the FDA until it was too late, that very well may have worked.

I have difficulty cooking meat by sight as a result of my color blindness. I wonder if these glasses would help.

There are Walmart stores all over the country. EDIT: Why did you edit your post instead of responding to me? I'd say Amazon's advantage over Walmart remains the fact that they deliver to the doorstep, and with hubs across the country, same-day delivery becomes possible; be it via vehicle or drone.
Re:Amazon WorkSpaces on Wednesday November 13, 2013 @09:44PM (#6730206)
Question: If someone runs a process on their Amazon WorkSpace and then disconnects from it, does that process continue running? Does the WorkSpace stay online (like a VPS) or is disconnecting equivalent to shutting your computer down?
Re:Wayback machine gets a facelift, new features on Tuesday November 05, 2013 @01:15PM (#6676831)
I remember both. I was active from '99 to about 2002, and was a City Councilor/Colony Leader at one point. Nice to run into someone else with a similar background, the internet just isn't the same as it used to be in those days.
