Your favorite LLM can probably reproduce this entire discussion thread so what’s the point, right?
Re:Reddit Has Become the Internet's Strip Mall on Saturday January 03, 2026 @03:05PM (#46480974)
One of the shallowest “articles” I have read on HN. Full of unsubstantiated statements and banal platitudes. Non sequiturs everywhere. Weak conclusion built upon a list of unrelated grievances.

Oh, that’s because it’s LLM slop.

What’s interesting is that the linked study suggests that aspartame has appetite suppression effects.

The weight loss was not just due to reduced sugar intake, the mice ate less overall.

This directly contradicts some claims that aspartame increases appetite.

This is ironic because I’m now seeing comments that are way more sycophantic (several calling this the “best HN post ever”)

this would likely make the test administrators liable if any of the phones went missing.
There’s data scoping per request:

https://docs.developer.singpass.gov.sg/docs/getting-started/...

https://docs.developer.singpass.gov.sg/docs/data-catalog-myi...

As part of the flow you’ll be shown the list of data that’s being requested.

Well, would the community be willing to respond to AI-submitted CVEs without funding?
Humans are far more effective at producing garbage than LLMs will ever be :)

Is this another instance where a strikethrough was supposed to be placed

Is that the du jour unit of measurement for morality now?
Re:OpenAI dropped the price of o3 by 80% on Wednesday June 11, 2025 @02:08AM (#44244645)
This is just “f—- off” dressed in formal language, so not much better.

As a programmer who studied computer and electrical engineering in university, never before have I been so offended by something I one hundred percent agree with

Laravel (when it started) was mostly built upon Symphony components, which in turn was inspired by Java frameworks.
> This is a logic driven community

Without evidence, that’s an emotional claim.

Yandex is the only search engine with a working image search these days that I know of.

But for a lot of people, the character 红 / red is already enough to trigger the association with communism and Mao.
Did you just claim all the technology behind the iPhone as American inventions?

I am honestly disappointed to see this level of discourse on HN.

Re:I just declined a job offer from a billionaire friend on Saturday August 17, 2024 @03:42PM (#41277333)
I’d imagine that friendships easily become strained once money gets involved, let alone formal contracts.
Re:Google Pixel 9 Pro on Tuesday August 13, 2024 @03:49PM (#41239024)
I have been burned twice by iPhone battery issues (specifically my iPhone X).

Battery started discharging rapidly, I got it replaced, barely a year later it’s dying again.

You’ll have to flag a lot more submissions then. HN is submarine article central
To be fair it’s not like they’re burning banknotes, that money goes somewhere.
