Heh

It occurred to me that many of us in Blighty will pop out this lunchtime for a pint and a bite to eat in a pub older than the USA.

You can use the sticky tables as zombie traps.

(Has anybody been in a Wetherspoons pub that doesn't have sticky tables?)

You're 'avin a laugh sunshine.

Walk down the tea aisle in any British supermarket and tell me the radio of decaff's to unmolested teas that you see!

Really?

So if I needed to interact with the USA government (appear in court or apply for a driving licence) I'm entitled to do this in the Welsh language?

I ask this facetiously, as both English and Welsh have official recognition in Blighty.

Flags yes, but none of those do flag worship like the USA does.
Obligatory GDPR

Poorly securing personal data in the UK/EU is rather illegal. So no, any reputable shop *will* care about security, ensuring personal data is kept secure and bugs patched as a priority.

Going up the food chain, "huge clients which you all heard of, multinationals, some parts of governments" will not be impressed if you are found to be slack when it comes to leaking customers data.
