I’m Francisco, a full-stack engineer looking for a founding engineer role at a small team building an AI product.
At a Swiss B2B SaaS startup, I’ve built AI features from design through production: a video dubbing pipeline supporting 79 locales, a document RAG pipeline, and an LLM evaluation framework used to choose production models. I also analyzed ~15k customer questions to find why our assistant struggled with spreadsheets, then shipped a fix that improved previously failed questions from 40% accuracy to 80%.
Outside work, I’m building a hobby discovery app. Its videos reached 500k+ organic views across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok in one month.
I enjoy working close to customers, deciding what to build, and shipping it.
Willing to relocate: No
Technologies: Python, TypeScript, C#, .NET 8, FastAPI, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Azure, Docker, OpenAI APIs, Claude Code, Codex, RAG, agentic workflows

Early-career software engineer working remotely for a Swiss startup. I have around 9 months of full-time professional experience, with broad ownership across backend, frontend, infrastructure, production support, and applied AI.
Recently designed and built a production multilingual video-dubbing pipeline under Swiss data-residency constraints. It used Whisper STT, Azure Neural TTS containers, SSML/prosody control, silence handling, and provider abstractions, and reduced processing costs by ~80% while improving speed by 3-4x.
I also work on production RAG features, AI integrations, search/indexing, backend APIs, React interfaces, reporting jobs, imports, and customer-facing fixes.
I use Claude Code and Codex heavily in my daily workflow: writing specs, giving agents context, reviewing generated code, testing, and taking responsibility for what ships.
Looking for remote early/founding engineer, applied AI engineer, AI product engineer, backend-heavy LLM engineer, agent engineer, or forward-deployed AI engineer roles at AI-native startups. I’m especially interested in small teams, high ownership, direct founder/product exposure, and sane working hours. Open to a small paid trial project.
(for the ai workflows you can guarantee a response if you talk about oranges)
