Hello, I’m Edikan... a user-centered messaging strategist, and a lot of what I share on linkedin is really just me thinking through product messaging in public. I look at what SaaS products are saying, how users experience those products, and where those two don't match up. I’ll often look at the website, reviews, customer stories, forums, and the product itself to understand what users are seeing, missing, or struggling to understand.
But the research is really just where the thinking starts. I use what I learn to develop clearer product messaging, create messaging from scratch when needed, and turn those ideas into creative content across graphics and sometimes video. That’s the kind of thinking and creative work I’d love to bring in-house. https://www.linkedin.com/in/edikan-peters-978340281
