Use its real name, the one orange shitler renamed it to: the department of war.

Why the fuck does the department of war get to dictate anything to a private organization?

Why does the constitution say that you have to let the government murder schoolgirls with your tools?

Elon? That trust fund oligarch who bought twitter and was throwing around Sieg Heils on stage at donalds's inauguration?

Why did you download an executable that you don't trust? Don't even scan it, just delete it and go find one you do trust.

If a wheelchair and a robot cross paths, the robot isn't trained to give way I assume.

Or, I mean, hear me out: buy a Kill-A-Watt for $50, plug it into the wall, and then check what the dial says when your computer is neutral vs. when it's looping your code.

You can't get a degree without being exposed to a number of lecturer's language-of-choice. I'd be shocked to find someone who had only used c++

I've never found it taxing to just copy and paste my references into a text file.
If it was just a matter of horsepower we could perfectly simulate animals with simpler brains already.
Depends if your goal is to teach the maximum number of people the fundamentals of logic, or to transfer as much practical knowledge as quick as possible to the students with an aptitude for programming.

Re:C++ coroutines: Initial implementation pushed to master on Sunday January 19, 2020 @02:47PM (#22093528)
I can't imagine a real world robotic assembly line in 2020 not using c/c++ indefinitely. Doesn't matter how cool the new language is, what people really want is to not have to rewrite that dependency they're still using from 1998.
