European tech companies will always be behind the US. They are giving €80,000 to developers in firms valued at $2 billion :) Look at the salary scales of OpenAI and other companies. Yo will see the difference.
Re:Testcontainers on Wednesday February 28, 2024 @03:57AM (#39535633)
It doesn't matter if it interfaces via CLI or not. Testcontainers tends to make things work but also introduces difficulty in resolution. You seem to have missed the point.

Re:How to do OCR on a Mac using the CLI or just Python on Tuesday January 02, 2024 @06:24PM (#38848548)
Python is quite basic and might not be very helpful for advanced users. It seems overly detailed for such a simple task.
Re:Figma and Adobe are abandoning our proposed merger on Monday December 18, 2023 @10:29AM (#38683744)
Bad news for Figma. I am hundred percent sure that Adobe's alternative product will dominate the entire design market.
Re:How Lego builds a new Lego set on Friday December 15, 2023 @01:52PM (#38657256)
Verge article on Lego Polaroid stuff? Yeah, it's got details but kinda skips the tough bits. Marc, the dude who made it, got lots of no before this one clicked. They ain't show much how tough it is to kick off your Lego idea. Sort a paints a wonky picture for peeps thinkin' 'bout jumping into Lego design.

Yes, very good book.
Man, it's wild to think about how much society has changed. Sure, there's always been wealth disparity, but today's pressures like insane healthcare costs and the constant hustle just to make ends meet—are on another level. And the impact on personal decisions, like marriage? Huge. Sometimes feels like modern life's more about surviving than thriving. Just makes you wonder where we're headed next.
Re:22-Year-Old Builds Chips in His Parents' Garage (2022) on Sunday October 22, 2023 @07:25AM (#37974444)
hahahaha :)
We've started integrating Codespaces into our team's workflow. It's been a game-changer for onboarding new devs. No more "works on my machine" issues. The ability to jump into any project without the setup hassle is pretty sweet. We're still ironing out some kinks, but overall, I'm pretty bullish on it for professional use.
