Do you mean the tibialis anterior? the shin muscle on the front of the shin? I'm not sure how it balances quads and hamstrings, but anyway best way to train that is to sit on a bench, put a weight plate on the foot and lift the plate.
Comparing numbers between countries is kinda pointless at the moment, different countries report deaths differently. I don't think we will get any meaningful numbers to compare for a long time, and then compare total mortalities over a couple of years and see if Covid-19 had any significant impact. I think real time comparison, country to country or even region to region is completely pointless. But that is just my 5 cents.

Thanks, I'll definitely visit that exhibition next time I visit Barcelona :)

"Universal": Browser not supported

Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to access Skype for Web (Preview) experience.

Alternatively, download Skype on your desktop computer.

Maybe, there are the electronic noses: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_nose But I'm not so sure how sensitive they are.

With that line of thinking the limitations are endless: I wouldnt use asp.net MVC to build a house.

No you're not
Plenty of that kind of people in Sweden.

Well it depends on what you're cooking, if you make an omelette it's not a big deal if you have too much egg, but if you make say a chocolate fondant than the size of the egg is very important to get the correct texture.
Re:A man who put up $1.5M to help 200 Syrian refugees on Thursday December 22, 2016 @08:29AM (#13237110)
Do you live in Malmö? I do and it's far from a clusterfuck.

Writing drone software = workers in a munitions factory? Valid military targets, at least to me. Same with the drone operator, which afaik is usually in the military, with military training.
Re:HTML 5.1 is a W3C Recommendation on Wednesday November 02, 2016 @03:40AM (#12852905)
That would be great, I'm living in Sweden and I prefer english hits as they're usually more relevant, unless I google something swedish that is.

It's only in beta as of now, but will probably be released in a couple of weeks or so.

Is the game really on life support though? I only play sporadically and don't really keep up to date with the news, other than the ones you get in the launcher and it seems to be a healthy game as far as I can tell.

I still get the error in Excel 2016, so I guess it's not fixed yet.
Re:Why I’m done with Apple on Tuesday June 14, 2016 @06:16AM (#11900940)
Well the title of the article is "Why I’m done with Apple" not "Why apple is dead". It's why Alex Wood is done with apple ant therefore the subjective arguments are very relevant.
I'm guessing that's what the jews and other "untermensch" in the netherlands thought before WWII, they had records of religious beliefs of every citizen. Just imagine what a NSA database full of information can do if/when a fascist is elected. Democracy is not a protection from fascism.

Re:BMW are complying with the GPL on Wednesday March 30, 2016 @03:46AM (#11387576)
I'm not following Volkswagon stocks, but did they bounce back up after a while or are they stuck in a down? If they're still down than yes that trumps, but if it got back up after a while I guess some people made loads of money on this debacle but VW seems unharmed.
Re:On asking job candidates to code on Tuesday March 15, 2016 @10:45AM (#11289969)
I like Jeff Atwoods approach[0], hire the candidate for a short project (2-3 weeks) let the candidate a feel for the product and team while getting paid. And at the same time let the team get to know the candidate. I would love to go through a hiring process like that :)

Well the winds have changed on that stance, at least in Europe. I've seen a couple of leading politicians say something in the line of: "If china can do it so can we" concerning the Chinese firewall and blocking "unwanted" content on the web, which is scary.
Re:AlphaGo beats Lee Sedol again in match 2 of 5 on Thursday March 10, 2016 @06:30AM (#11258552)
Yuioup said that the winning player can be called wise, not the game it self. I doubt there are any three millenia old Go players around, but I can be wrong.
Re:Don’t Blame Edward Snowden for the Paris Attacks on Friday November 20, 2015 @08:31AM (#10601037)
He did say it would only occur after a court order. But still it makes me uneasy, how will they put the trojan (he specifically said trojans) in suspects computers/phones?
No Columbus you can never get to india by sailing the other way, you will fall off the edge of the earth!

I would say that it is a "natural process", we came from nature, and are still part of nature.
Re:A New Golden Age Part III: The Basic Income Guarantee on Friday October 16, 2015 @04:19AM (#10398085)
Do you have any links to back up your claim about sweden and denmark? I live and work in Sweden and my view is that there is great many small companies here.
Re:A United States of Europe? Good Luck on Tuesday September 15, 2015 @03:52AM (#10219459)
Same thing for Sweden, but I guess most modern countries are a result of unification of lesser city states/countries
Re:Let's talk about iMessage again on Monday September 14, 2015 @08:32AM (#10214744)
is it required to have an iCloud backup when using iOS? Or is it something that can be opted out of? I'm just curious.
