The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in computer science and at least 3 years of relevant experience as a software engineer at a top startup or technology company. This person must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to construct rigorous arguments. Exceptional programming ability and experience in server-side systems, databases (relational and otherwise), and messaging technology along are a must.
